O hotel era agradável. Fui informado antes de chegar pelo atendente que não havia ar condicionado e frigobar (que estavam listados no aplicativo). Como ele nos avisou com antecedência de forma honesta e agradável, mantivemos nossa estadia e não nos incomodamos tanto com essa surpresa. Mas houve algo que nos incomodou profundamente: Eu fiz uma pesquisa no aplicativo para a cidade de gramado, após as sugestões do aplicativo nos hotéis da cidade de gramado, começaram a aparecer sugestões de hotéis próximos a cidade, dentre eles esse hotel que ficamos (o murialdo). No aplicativo dizia que ficava aproximadamente 38 km de gramado. Qual não foi nossa surpresa quando chegamos lá e constatamos que gramado ficava a 88 km de distância... me senti enganado pelo aplicativo hotel.com
