Wonderful hosts

The host Guerrino was absolutely amazing! Our flight was delayed and he was in constant contact with us making sure we arrived safely. We were driving from MXP to Cavarzere and didn’t arrive until 1:30am. The apartment had absolutely everything we needed and was close to our family in Rovigo. I would definitely pick The Roses house to come back on our next trip to the Venezia area and recommend it to all looking for a central location near the beach and all the amazing attractions nearby.

We had a fantastic time - very beautiful property with everything you would need. Quiet oasis away from the bustle of Venice with amenities close by. Guerrino and Nicole were lovely, very helpful. Fab seafood restaurant just up the road. Would stay again - but for longer next time

Beautiful villa in great location

We loved our stay in the Roses House. The Villa is in near perfect condition and is the most well equipped villa we have stayed in. The apparment comes wih everything you need for cooking including a full stove and oven, dishwasher and all utensils. There is also a laundary. The apparment is beautifully decorated with antique pieces of furniture and is very well maintained. The a/c is the best we have tried outside of a 5 star hotel. The grounds are also very beautiful with an amazing swimmingpool. With only 4 appartments you feel like you allmost have the place for yourself. The location is also very nice in a quiet rural area but still close to shopping and also conviently located to go to Venice. The owner is very friendly and does all her can to make your stay perfect. We would deffinetly go back.

Wonderful, clean and quiet villa to relax!

My husband and I had a wonderful experience here and would go back again in a heartbeat. The owner was a pleasure to communicate with and took the time to make sure we knew all about the property and our options for tourism nearby. The villa was squeaky clean and having the pool and private outdoor space was wonderful for our getaway and to relax! The owner has really thought of everything, from having bikes you can rent, to having all the cooking essentials in the apartments themselves. Absolutely wonderful!

Fantastic Location, relaxing and stunning.

We were greeted by the owners who were friendly, welcoming and spoke great English. On arrival you just knew you were going to have a fab time. The accommodation is spotlessly clean, modern and truly a home from home. We were in the Daisy apt and we had everything that was needed. The pool and surrounding garden is fantastic and the family truly enjoyed spending lazy days doing nothing other than relaxing. We will definitely return to this location and to be honest we could have happily spent another fortnight here. A hire car is essential, as the house is in the middle of farmland although you are only 10-15 mins drive from all the main locations i.e beaches, Chioggia and large supermarkets. A big thank you to the owners for an excellent holiday.

We loved our stay in this tastefully decorated and well equipped villa. Clean and well cared for. The proprietor was very welcoming and helpful. Great pool and garden. Conveniently situated for visits to Venice (1 hour drive, 2 hours by boat). We hope to return.

Traumhafte Ruheoase

Das Anwesen liegt Abseits inmitten von Feldern in Ruhiger Lage. Trotzdem sind alle notwendigen Geschäfte schnell erreichbar (super Bäcker 3 Minuten mit dem Auto, großer Supermarkt 10 Minuten). Das private Anwesen ist von Guerrino und seiner Frau mit viel Liebe gestaltet und die Wohnung sehr wertig und mit liebevollen Details eingerichtet. Es hat an nichts gefehlt und Guerrino hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und uns alles gezeigt. Auch in der Folgezeit stand er immer zur Verfügung und hat sich gekümmert: vielen lieben Dank an dich und Antonella! Wir haben die Woche sehr genossen und uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

A lovely place to relax

A very well equipped apartment, very clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable and we enjoyed the large pool and the garden. Each apartment has its own loungers and chairs by the poolside and also on the various terraces and patios. Our apartment, Daisy, had three more beds in the attic which can be used by children. Great communication with the hosts. You need a car to get around as the property is a bit of the grid. There are several more apartments some of them facing the garden. Try to get one if those!

Toller Urlaub!

Ein toller Aufenthalt

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in dem Haus. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Das Haus ist insgesamt sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet worden und die Kilmaanlage ist besonders positiv hervorzuheben (wir hatten >35 Grad). Der Pool war grandios und wir hatten unseren eigenen Liegebereich. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Urlaub ist Landhausvilla

Sehr schöne Villa, ist sauber, modern und doch ein Stück italienische Geschichte, freundliches Personal und vor allem freundliche Besitzerin und Besitzer. Die Informationsmappe zu dem Ort und zu der Umgebung mit der Aktivitätsmöglichkeiten ist sehr ausführlich vorbereitet und sehr hilfreich für die Planung der Urlaubstage. Alles war perfekt

Ab der Reservierung haben wir unser sofort super aufgehoben gefühlt. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war ab der ersten Minute sehr angenehm. Die Wohnung und das Gelände sind genau so wie in der Anzeige. Alles war wirklich sehr sauber und die Wohnung ist sehr luxuriös ausgestattet. Die Villa hat einen sehr hohen Sicherheitsstandard. Alles in allem war es ein sehr schöner Urlaub bei sehr netten Gastgebern. Wir werden definitiv wieder kommen!

Eine der schönsten und saubersten Ferienwohnungen/ Unterkunft die wir bisher hatten. Sehr gut eingerichtet, es fehlte uns an nichts, rundum Service , bei allen Anliegen waren die Vermieter behilflich. Es gab eine herzliche Begrüßung und eine sehr gute Übergabe der Wohnung. Die Privatsphäre zu den anderen Wohnungen ist gewahrt. Jegliche Wünsche wurden erfüllt. Sehr zentral gelegen , daher perfekt für Ausflüge nach Venedig, Bologna oder Verona..
