The heart of the villa is the central floor: there you will find the spacious living area with dining room, eat-in kitchen, living room and shower room. A glass door separates the sleeping area, consisting of 1 double with en suite bathroom, 1 triple with double bed + 1 single sofa bed and en suite shower bathroom, 1 twin with adjacent bathroom.
Through comfortable flights of stairs you reach the second floorwhere there are 1 triple room with double bed + single bed, a large bathroom with shower and a beautiful sea view.
Finally, on the first floor, independent and autonomous from the rest of the house, there are a living room with 1 double bed and a shower room.
The furnishings of Villa Merienne are simple and light, in the Mediterranean and classic style of seaside holiday homes.

Villa Merienne is located in Leuca, among the most popular Salento destinations for spending vacations in Puglia by the sea.
Ideal for groups, it is 900 meters from the sea and even closer to the center of Leuca, extreme southeastern tip of Italy, with the lighthouse, the sanctuary of Santa Maria de Finibus Terrae, the caves, the marina, the beautiful waterfront villas and much more.
 

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Mandatory change at euro 25 per person for stays longer than 10 nights (1 change), for stays longer than 17 nights (2 changes) and for stays longer than 24 nights (3 changes).
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
