Wonderful stay! Trish and Chris couldn’t have been nicer, and the house is quite lovely. I couldn’t believe that it wasn’t built this year, as everything looks and feels like new. I chose to walk into town for dinner; it was a lovely and quiet stroll of less than 15 minutes each way. And staying in Sneem gave me an early start on the Ring, so I could get a jump on much of the traffic coming from Killarney (which I had done the afternoon before). I was lucky to have found these accommodations!

Alqind Lodge was beautiful,the house was homely, the staff were friendly and very helpful. The lodge is nestled in the mountains, surrounded by fabulous views while also being 5 minutes from the village and local amenities. Breakfast was very healthy and Fergal the owner was extremely friendly and chatty as we also met many of the guests who were there for the weekend. We’ll definitely return later this summer! Highly recommended and great advice from Fergal on where to go and what to do/see.
