"This hotel is in a beautiful area. The staff were so helpful and friendly. The breakfast was disappointing because of the lack of fresh options. My family chose to eat elsewhere after the first morning. Everything else was wonderful for our stay. I would highly recommend this hotel!"

"We were very pleasantly surprised at how lovely our stay was. The staff were friendly and abundant, always trying to be helpful. Seriously, everyone was so nice! There was one young staffer, who was pretty stern with the rule of putting in your room service order the night before strictly before 9 PM, as we tried to put our order in it 9:04 PM and it was too late. So just be sure that you put your order in the night before on time! We were still able to call in our order in the morning and it came just fine. We also had breakfast at the Grandview restaurant and our server Casey was exceptionally kind and attentive. He tried to help us figure out a couple of Vegan options as well. The views were wonderful, and the rooms were so nice in the lodge. We liked hooking up the Bluetooth to the bathroom mirror, the delicious nespresso, coffee, light up closet, warm fireplace, hot tub, which was indoors, but the glass doors were wide open which made you almost feel like you were outside. This is a great place! The staff are all truly wonderful!"
