We had a lovely week’s holiday in August. Italo was super helpful and made check in and check out simple. We had lots of lovely meals at local Tuscan restaurants. The family all enjoyed the villa facilities, especially the swimming pool and surrounding relaxing garden areas. The BBQ also came into its element on several evenings, cooking some lovely local meat.

Die Villa Waremma ist sehr zu empfehlen

Wir haben unsere Zeit in der Villa Maremma in der Toskana absolut genossen! Das Anwesen ist einfach traumhaft - großzügig angelegt, sehr gepflegt und mit einem atemberaubenden Ausblick auf die umliegende Landschaft und einem schönen Pool.Die Küche ist hervorragend ausgestattet und bietet alles, was man für eine leckere Selbstversorgung benötigt. Die beiden Apartments sind sehr schön aufgeteilt und bieten genug Platz für eine entspannte Auszeit.Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend - wir haben uns von Anfang an wie zu Hause gefühlt. Die Lage der Villa ist ideal für Ausflüge zu den Thermalquellen, dem Strand, dem Val d'Orcia und nach Siena.Wir können die Villa Maremma wärmstens empfehlen und freuen uns schon darauf, wieder zurückzukehren. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit!"Tipps für zukünftige Gäste:- Die Villa ist ideal für Selbstversorger, die ihre eigene Küche/Grill lieben.- Die umliegende Landschaft bietet viele Möglichkeiten für Wanderungen und Radtouren.- Die Thermalquellen und der Strand sind nur ein paar Kilometer entfernt.- Siena und das Val d'Orcia sind unbedingt einen Besuch wert.

Herbstferien mit der Familie

Trotz wechselhaftem Wetter haben wir die grosszügige und die gepflegte Villa sehr genossen. Chiara und Italo waren überaus freundliche Gastgeber. Wir haben eine glückliche Zeit miteinander erlebt.

Schön, aber Mäuse

Es war schön. Die alleinige Lage, das große Geländer, aber leider nicht so sauber und auch Mäuse jeden Morgen 2-3 Stück. Italo war sehr hilfsbereit und hat die Fallen aufgestellt, aber für mich geht das trotzdem nicht. Unsere Männer mussten jeden Morgen die toten Mäuse entsorgen. Ecklig.Für den Preis haben wir etwas mehr erwartet: Duschvorhänge schimmelig, Tischdecken nicht sauber.

Lovely stay!

The villa was incredible, and allowed our entire family to stay together. The grounds and pool were breath-taking and complete with a hammock, barbecue, outdoor games and toys, and lots of sitting areas. Large tables indoors and out provided space for meals and games. The location was perfect for exploring nearby towns, beaches, and trails by car or bicycle. I just can’t say enough about the facilities or about the prompt and cheerful responses from the owner/his representative when we called on them. I think this was our best family vacation ever.

Great stay in Maremma

We enjoyed our stay at Villa Maremma very much. The location near the sea is what drew us to it but we were happy to discover an area of Tuscany that was new to us. Thanks to Italo and Chiara for being great hosts.

Ein Wohlfühl-Ort

Das Haus und der parkähnliche Garten bieten alles, was man sich wünschen kann: Außen große Flächen, mehrere Sitzplätze, schönes Schwimmbad, und alles wird jeden Morgen gereinigt. Innen viel Platz und eine vollständige Ausstattung, insbesondere in der Küche mit Kaffee, Öl, Gewürzen usw. Italo ist ein aufmerksamer und rücksichtsvoller Gastgeber, man wird mit Sekt, Wein und Kuchen begrüßt, Sonderwünsche erfüllt er umgehend. Der Standort ist bestens geeignet für Unternehmungen in der Maremma und darüber hinaus.

Exceeded Expectations!

Villa was absolutely fabulous! The property and location was delightful and to hear the church bells from the hilltop of Buriano was amazing. Eating dinners on the terrace with family and swimming in the pool were everlasting memories for us all. The views were spectacular. The property owner and assistant were extremely gracious, friendly and available at a moments notice, should we need anything and we were personally welcomed with lovely gifts of wine and their very own olive oil made from the olives on property. We felt completely at home and will miss the villa very much!

Superbe villa

Très belle villa, bien entretenu avec une jolie vue dégagée. Magnifique extérieure avec un très beau jardin et une superbe piscine. Pleins d'accessoires et de jeux disponibles pour les petits et les grands. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et toujours disponible. Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour dans cette maison.

Perfekter Urlaub

Die Villa Maremma war einfach Perfekt. Die grosse Küche, die Schlafzimmer, die Badezimmer so wie auch der Aussenbereich waren tadellos. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Auch für die Kinder war es unvergesslich. Chiara und Italo haben sich Liebevoll um uns gekümmert. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit.

Sympatische Gastgeber, Kinderfreundliches Haus

Wir waren drei Familien in der Unterkunft von Italo Paccoi und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Küche ist grosszügig und praktisch ausgestattet. Es steht ein Grill und ein Pizzaofen zur Verfügung. Für die Freizeitbeschäftigung stehen viele Spielgeräte, darunter ein Ping-Pong und ein Tischfussball-Tisch zur Verfügung. Italo war immer sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit.

Hervorragender Ort für große Familien

Wir waren als Großfamilie mit 9 Erwachsenen (2 Generationen) vollauf zufrieden. Wie die Bilder auch zeigen ist die ganze Anlage geeignet für eine "große Runde" aber auch mit vielen netten Kleinoden zum plauschen und verweilen. Der Pool war auch Ende September wunderbar (und täglich gesäubert). In der Villa findet sich wirklich alles für einen entspannten Urlaub. Selber einkaufen und kochen oder auch ausgehen nach Empfehlungen der hauseigenen App - alles klappt. Italo ist wirklich ein zuvorkommender, freundlicher und großzügiger Gatsgeber. Die Kommunikation über WhatsApp oder persönlich ist problemlos, kompetent und schnell. Die Südtoscana ist natürlich ein Traum und zwischen Siena und der Maremma ist alles in Reichweite. Sehr empfehlendswert
