Area well served. For a relaxing holiday just a step away from the beach!

Ottima posizione per la spiaggia

Posizione ottima dell’appartamento per la vicinanza a spiaggia e principali servizi. Un po’ rumorosa la strada principale di notte ma era prevedibile vista la posizione. Appartamento piccolo ma con tutto il necessario per la vita da mare. Non c’è parcheggio privato ma si ha la possibilità di entrare in posteggio condominiale per scaricare e caricare la macchina quindi buono. Unico appunto potrebbe essere utile fornire più di un mazzo di chiavi, per una famiglia un solo mazzo mette un po’ in difficoltà per gli spostamenti.

L'appartamento si trova su una strada trafficata (abbiamo soggiornato la settimana centrale di agosto) quindi di giorno e di sera si sentono le macchine passare e il vociare delle persone, faccio notare che avevamo un neonato di 6 mesi dove avevamo chiesto appunto se fosse stato silenzioso come location e ci era stato risposto di sì!Ma cosi non e' stato. L'accesso al cancello con la macchina ne hanno diritto tutti i condomini, il punto sta che in pieno giorno ma soprattutto la sera entravano le macchine e gli stessi fari illuminavano l'appartamento, oltre al casino che facevano sia di giorno che di sera essendo l'appartamento collocato in una posizione tale che chiunque debba passarci davanti!L'assenza di zanzariere si fa sentire in estate; le finestre non attutiscono nessun genere di rumore (addirittura vibravano i vetri con il passare di mezzi pesanti!).Bagno minuscolo e cieco doccia piccolissima. Lati positivi vicino al mare e piano terra,a fianco piccolo supermarket e tabacchi, proprietaria gentile e disponibile, tanto che ci ha trovato un parcheggio proprio sotto casa! Infine ci tengo a far notare che mi ha dato la sensazione di dormire in un garage!

La casa corrispondeva perfettamente alla descrizione: piccola, ma funzionale e molto attrezzata. Ottima la veranda esterna. Posizione strategica per la vicinanza al mare, ai negozi e al centro del paese con una bella passeggiata sul lungomare. Vania, la proprietaria è stata gentilissima e disponibilissima anche per esigenze impreviste.

Casa carina ma poco relax, alcune cose da migliorare.....

La casa l'abbiamo trovata molto carina e rispecchiava la descrizione, ma come molte case del mare aveva qualche pecca!! La prima direi che è data dalla strada molto rumorosa sulla quale affaccia l'abitazione. Infatti l'abitazione affaccia direttamente su una strada che in orari notturni molti prendono a stile super strada creando molta rumorosità.la condivisione degli spazi comuni limita molto la privacy della vacanza ma la cosa più odiosa sono stati moscerini all'interno dell'appartamento in quantità mai viste.. Considerate che non si riusciva a fare da mangiare senza avere moscerini in pentola sebbene avessimo i coperchi......La proprietaria è stata molto disponibile e gli abbiamo fatto presente questi aspetti negativi certamente gli suggerirei di inserire delle semplici zanzariere, e regolarizzare gli accordi con i vicini per non creare disturbo a propri inquilini....

Molto buono!

Appartamento come da descrizione, di recente sistemazione, siamo stati in 4, papà, mamma, bimba e cagnolino, molto comodo per il mare (una cinquantina di metri), servizi appena a fianco (minimarket, edicola, tabaccaio, noleggio bici e ottima rosticceria), a due passi dal centro storico. Unica pecca, al di là del cortiletto d'ingresso, la strada è spesso trafficata, il che non fa della sistemazione un luogo molto silenzioso. Nulla comunque che non sia stato ricompensato da tutto il resto e dalla gentilezza della proprietaria. Apprezzabili anche le piccole accortezze all'interno dell'appartamento. Consigliato!

Super Lage zum Strand

Die Vermieterin war sehr nett, die Lage optimal für den Strand, aber auch eine Straße die teilweise laut ist dazwischen, das Apartment war soweit komplett ausgestattet, über Geschmack lässt sich ja streiten, das Bad ist nicht mehr das frischeste und die Dusche super klein.
