This newly renovated villa, just minutes from the stunning Calde beach, is an oasis of calm and perfect for a holiday with family or friends.

Nestling on a gentle hillside, the beautiful, stone villa sleeps 6 people in comfort. On the ground floor, there is a unique winter sunroom, with a table and chairs, which makes a charming retreat at any time of year. The open-plan living and dining area has a fireplace, comfortable sofa and armchairs, TV and a dining table for family meals.

The kitchen has been thoughtfully equipped with a hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and Nespresso machine.

There is a private fenced garden, with plenty of space for children or pets to run around.

On the eastern shores of Lake Maggiore, the local towns offer fantastic restaurants and fun days out, whether it is a picnic at the Cascate della Froda waterfalls or a day out on the lake.

For self-catering, guests will be spoiled for choice with the local shops and famous Luino market every Wednesday (15 minutes) which is known as one of the best food destinations on the lake.

Milan’s international Malpensa airport is a 1 hour 10 minute drive from the villa.

Mooi huis met enorme tuin in een prachtige omgeving. Toch een paar minpunten.

Het huis is goed en de tuin geweldig. Bezienswaardigheden volop in de omgeving. Toch noem ik wat minpunten voor de volledigheid: - Er is geen dichte schutting tussen de tuin en die van de buren. Gelukkig waren die er maar 1 dag. - De tuinmeubelen zijn echt slap. Meer geschikt voor de camping. - Sanitair kan beter.
