ISLA CARTAGO 49 Empuriabrava

A beautiful rustic semi-detached house of 100 m2 on three floors, with 3 bedrooms, small mooring 4m. and private garage (2,10m height). Recommended for up to 6 people. Quiet, sunny place, 600 m from the sea, on the banks of the canal. Cartago Island in the district, 500 m from the center of Empuriabrava. Air conditioning throughout the house. Sheets and towels are not included in the reservation price, they have an extra cost.



Cartago Island is a popular pedestrian area that resembles a typical town, full of flowers and plants, very pleasant and quiet, built on an island within the Empuriabrava canal system. Access to the island is through a small private bridge, access by car is prohibited. The house is 100 meters walk from the bridge. The garage is on the other side of the pedestrian bridge.

C'est notre plus beau séjour ! Tout y était : le charme du quartier, la proximité des commerces, le confort de la maison, la vue sur le canal et l'accueil de l'agence Barneda pour la remise des clés. Nous reviendrons ! Juste un détail : ventilation de la salle de bain pas efficace

Très belle maison au bord des canaux

Début très agréable, cependant très gros travaux dans la maison mitoyenne, heureusement l'agence a très bien géré et nous a relogé le soir même dans un grand appartement à Rosas. Merci à l'agence.

Nette Gastgeberin, mit der Agentur hat auch alles bestens geklappt, das Haus ist sehr schön zentral und ruhig gelegen, mit einer etwas und die Jahre gekommenen Ausstattung, aber alles sauber und vollkommen ausreichend. Mooi huis, perfect voor mensen met een boot

Woning is netjes en in Spaanse style gebouwd. Badkamer is gedateerd maar functioneerde. Lokatie van de woning is perfect voor mensen met een boot. De woning is aan het water en ligt zeer centraal (vlak bij restaurants, zee). Je kan een bootje van 4 meter aan je terras leggen. De boottrailer kan in de garage gestald worden (auto op straat). De haven met de vele huizen en boten in Empuria is leuk om te zien. Buiten de haven is de baai van Roses met veel watersporters o.a kitesurfers. Sleutels van het huis moet je ophalen en terugbrengen in Roses (15 min met de auto). Aanrader!

Sehr schönes Feriendomizil für Bootsfahrer

Ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage. Gute Ausgangsbasis für Bootstouren. Da wir den Nachbar-Liegeplatz mitbenutzen durften, passte es auch mit einem 6m Boot. Die Garagen Zufahrt ist eng, aber es passt ein Mittelklassewagen trotzdem noch rein. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub!

Location encore mieux en réalité que sur les photos. Quartier très chic et très calme. Commerces, restos pas loin. Nous avions un kayak et le fait d'avoir un amarre et pouvoir partir directement de la maison avec l'embarcation était super. Les chambres sont sympathiques. Bonne literie. Le wifi fonctionne bien sauf dans la chambre du deuxième. L'accueil à l'agence immobilière qui gère le logement fort agréable. Nous ne connaissions pas Empuriabrava, mais si on a une embarcation ou si vous aimez les plages immenses s'est super.Plage à 10 minutes a pied. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, même si celà avait mal commencé (le ballon d'eau chaude a rendu l'âme lors de notre arrivée). Je tiens à souligner le professionnalisme et la réactivité de l'agence immobilière Immo BARNEDA car ils nous ont relogé de suite dans cette maison très jolie et plus chère que ce que nous avions payé. L'endroit où ce situe la maison est magnifique. La maison en elle même est très bien entretenue, elle possède trois terrasses, dont 2 au soleil. Elle possède la TV, une cuisine bien aménagé avec tout l'équipement nécessaire pour faire la cuisine. Les 3 chambres sont très spacieuses. Le seul bémol et ce pourquoi je ne met que 4 étoiles, c'est le réseau wifi, car il n'y en a pas alors qu'à l'agence et sur l'annonce il est noté qu'il y en a un. Le seul réseau disponible est celui de la marina qui est inaccessible. Mais nous gardons de merveilleux souvenir passé dans cette endroit et si nous devions revenir, nous reprendrions cette petite maison sans hésiter.

La casa está fenomenal y es como se ve en las fotos. La terraza es pequeña, pero suficiente para usarla para comidas, desayunos...Muy cómoda el acceso desde las terraza al barco y muy próxima a la bocana del puerto. Me encantaría volver.

We stayed two weeks in June in this place and if you are looking for peace and tranquility at this time of the year, we can highly recommend it. the situation of the house is great, on a pedestrian road, it feels to be in a little village. Walk down to the beach it takes only 15 minutes. We enjoyed the little terrace with the barbecue. We also appreciate that dogs are allowed, an important reason also to rent this nice place.
