No lobby area to sit in with Tv etc , reminded me of a bedsit. . No parking car got baldy scratched parking where night porter suggested to park . One key for two people . No information on surrounding area places to visit local map. clients staying hotel from US weren't given any indication where local bus stop to visit Montecassinio Owner said we hadn't paid bill showed we had then she ran down the stairs to say we hadn't again very embarrassing.

Lovely Stay.

Lovely Family hotel. We had a lovely stay. It was clean and staff were helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay again. We particularly enjoyed the very large balcony with table and seating.

The hotel staff are so friendly and kind. We showed up late one evening and the man at the front desk befriended our little 4 year old (greatly needed after a 6 hour drive). Breakfast was great.

Nice Stop Over Hotel.

Not much to look at from outside but good location and OK breakfast. Aircon worked well, which was important as 35C outside.

The hotel just seemed tired. Asked for a twin room w/balcony, recd a twin room without. We were moved to a king with balcony, so my 15 yo grandson and I had to share a bed. Not the end of the world, but definitely not my preference. And I was charged an extra 10€. Second person on duty at th reception spoke no English. Towels left wanting. Linens in bed were great. All in all, I expected more.
