The "Il Segnavento" farmhouse is located at the top of a hill, it is a restored 18th century house fully equipped with all the necessary comforts. It is located on 2 floors with a large living room with kitchen, two bedrooms each with its bathroom. The house has a garden with barbecue, tables and chairs for your outdoor meals and swimming pool for exclusive use. Particularly suitable for children due to the presence of domestic animals and farm animals. Bicycles and games to use in the open air are available. The house is surrounded by the Moscato d 'Asti vineyards and on sunny days you can admire the Alps. Ideal starting point for walks in the Unesco area
The owners of the house live in a wing of the villa with a different entrance that does not disturb the guests but will be available to them during their stay, if necessary.
During your stay you will be provided with suggestions on places to visit, activities to do and typical restaurants. Cassinasco is in a good position to discover the south of Piedmont. We are close to Acqui Terme, Canelli and its underground cathedrals where Spumante is conserved and now a UNESCO heritage. It takes 40 minutes by car to go to Alba, Barolo, Barbaresco, Neive, La Morra to drink good red wine, good food and white truffles.
In 1h / 1h30 you can reach the sea, the mountains and the cities like Turin-Genoa and Milan

Wunderschöne Wohnung in toller Lage

Erholung mitten in den Reben

Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Internet funktionierte anfangs schlecht. Piero hat sich sehr bemüht, eine Lösung zu finden. Einmal lag ein Körbchen mit Hühnereiern auf dem Tisch draussen und mal ein Kuchen, worüber wir uns riesig freuten. Da Internet anfangs nicht funktionierte und das Wetter auch noch schlecht war, boten sie uns eine zusätzliche Gratisnacht an. Leider konnten wir das Angebot nicht annehmen, da wir das nächste Ziel bereits gebucht hatten. Aber so etwas ist uns wirklich noch nie passiert; was für eine Gastfreundschaft. Wir können Haus, Landschaft und Umgebung sowie das herzliche Gastgeberpaar nur wärmstens weiter empfehlen

Traumhaft schön!

Für 2 Wochen hatten wir (2 Erwachsene + 2 Kinder) IL Segnavento gemietet. Wir wurden sehr herzlich von Familie Ghione begrüßt und wir fühlten uns von der ersten Minute an, sehr wohl. Das Haus ist sehr schön, gepflegt und es es ist alles da was man für einen unbeschwerten Urlaub braucht. Das Haus liegt erhöht und man hat von allen Seiten einen atemberaubenden Blick in die wunderschönen Hügel des Piemonts. Besonders der Pool hat es uns allen angetan. Auch die Tiere, vorallem Bianca und Maggie, haben uns viel Freude bereitet. Familie Ghione sind die perfekten Gastgeber. Diskret aber mit unwahrscheinlich viel Herz wurden wir immer wieder mit Aufmerksamkeitein überrascht. Wir können Il Segnavento uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Einfach wundervoll !!!

Sejour dans le Piémont

Nous avons passé de merveilleuses vacances dans notre location de cassisnasco. Très jolie propriété, au calme avec un panorama magnifique ,superbe piscine avec son tres beau point de vue sur les vignes et les collines environnantes . La maison est d'une propreté irréprochable et il y a toutes les commodités pour le quotidien. Le gros plus de cette location est la gentillesse et l'accueil des propriétaires , ils ne savent pas quoi faire pour vous être agréable et vous faire plaisir et cela en toute discrétion. Je recommande fortement cette location et j'y retournerai avec le plus grand plaisir. Christelle ,fred ,oceane.

Leuk vakantiehuis in het midden van de natuur

We mochten inchecken tussen 9 en 12, waardoor je vanaf dag 1 al meteen een ganse dag vakantie hebt. Het onthaal was gemoedelijk. We kregen een rondleiding door het huis van mevrouw en de dochter, gevolgd door een heerlijke fles Monsanto en plaatselijke hapjes! Het huis heeft alle nodige comfort, hoewel soms een aantal kleine zaken al eens ontbreken (bijv een keukenmes of wat afwas zeep). Uiteraard niets onoverkomelijk! We hebben genoten van het goed onderhouden zwembad met fantastisch uitzicht op de bergen, de wijnranken van Piero en de omliggende natuur. Privacy heb je ten volle 100%. Af en toe zie je verhuurders, maar ze respecteren je privacy volledig . Zo nu en dan kan je genieten van wat de kleine boerderij van Ornella en Piero je biedt : zoete perziken, bloedrode tomaten, verse courgetten, braambessen, eitjes en uiteraard de beste basilicum! Canelli is de dichtsbijzijnde stad voor inkopen. Een bezoek aan één van de wijnhuizen is een absolute must, Bosca is zelfs gratis! Ga zeker ook tot op de top van de stad. Verder zijn een aantal steden op een halfuur a een uur bereikbaar met de wagen. Wij deden Asti, Alba, Barbaresco, Acqui Terme, Alessandria en Turijn aan. In de buurt van het huis zijn er voldoende mogelijkheden om de lokale specialiteiten te proeven en te kopen zoals: honing, confituur, opgelegde groenten en uiteraard wijn. Een bezoekje brengen aan Hohler een beetje verder is de moeite. De ietwat kluizenaar spreekt Engels (!), maakt voortreffelijke wijnen en vertelt honderduit over het leven als wijnmaker en zijn liefde voor de steek. Kortom een topvakantie in een geriefelijk huis met een vriendelijk gastgezin!
