The host was very accommodating for us. We came down for a wedding nearby and found this nice place to stay. Plenty of space for our group, kids loved the game room which kept them busy. The neighborhood seemed quiet and the house was as described. No issues with check in or leaving.

The property was spacious and comfortably accommodated our group of six adults. Communication with the owner was prompt and effortless, and they were very accommodating throughout our stay. The home offered a variety of entertainment options to keep us engaged, making our three-night visit both enjoyable and relaxing. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would gladly stay here again when in the area.

Very responsive host. We had a couple questions and heard back right away. The kitchen was well stocked and our group of 4 adults had plenty room to spend time together or have privacy. Having a pool table was a bonus. The property was not far from Winter Park, where we had several events to attend for a wedding.

We stayed here while visiting my son at UCF. It was about 25 minutes from the school which was great. There was a wide variety of stores nearby as well as restaurants. We also played a great game of mini golf nearby. The home was clean, quiet, and included everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and we really enjoyed the pool table that was available. Communication with the host was also fantastic.

Great stay

This house was great! The AC had an issue and the owner snapped to fixing it SO FAST! The AC got down to a wonderful 72 in the Florida summer. The neighborhood was quiet, the house was clean and had everything we needed. Even a high chair! Thank you!

Short trip

I used to live two streets down from this property and was pleasantly surprised that this house was so similar it even had the same quirks that an owner would know about. But anyhow you want to know about the property. It was clean, quiet neighborhood, well cared for, nice beds, tv in every room but you must bring your own streaming service, nice enclosed patio with a sitting area, and game room in the garage. I would highly recommend because of the that and the owner has a very easy check in /out instructions and is great with communication.

Memorial Weekend Vacation

It was a nice place with a good selection of utensils and kitchen ware. The game room with pool and foosball was nice along with the washer and dryer. It was easy to communicate with the property manager. We enjoyed the staying there. Thanks!
