The private garden features a magnificent terrace, a pool and a petanque court with splendid sea views. The Doña Julia Golf is located at the end of the garden.

The entire space is on the same floor (ground floor), with air conditioning and underfloor heating.

The villa consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub. Bedding and towels are included in the rental.

A beautiful dining room and a large living room will offer you pleasant moments.

The terrace, fully furnished and partially covered, communicates directly with the garden and the private swimming pool which offers spectacular views of the golf course and the sea. Outdoor spaces are well arranged to enjoy beautiful evenings with friends, in total tranquillity.
