Incredibly relaxing place to stay. Outstanding views from the restaurant terrace and the pool. Staff were all very helpful/friendly and they made everything so easy for us. Beautiful buffet breakfasts and lovely evening meals too. The place is extremely chilled out with all the whitewash, terracotta and plenty of greenery.

Relais Paradise Villa Janto was wonderful. It had an amazing view of Ischia. What really made our experience special was the staff. Marta, Francesca, Pia and Veronica were so helpful and made us feel very well cared for. They were all so friendly and informative, offering info on what there was to do on the island and the best way to get around. Shuttle driver Angelo was very nice and lots of fun. We felt very safe there.

Really enjoyed the hotel. Cozy family owned hotel with breathtaking views from the rooms or the restaurant. Hotel is on the hill with complimentary transport from and to the place. Lovely and helpful staff. Good pool with enough places for sunbathing. Enjoyed staying at the place for 7 nights. Will definitely book this place again. 10/10 recommended.

Beautiful views from the hotel. The outdoor pool and bar area with all the plants is very pleasant. Good breakfast. Room was lovely and clean, bedding comfortable, but for me the bed was a little hard. Wish I had spent another night in Ischia as much to see and do.

We stayed for two nights at this GORGEOUS hotel. We were in awe, the view from the rooftop bar was incredible, we sat and drank there everyday and night of our stay. The staff really got to know you and were so helpful. The rooms are freshly refurbished and are way nicer than advertised, I loved the vibe of this hotel so much, we will be back soon. There’s limited food places around the hotel, however we didn’t really venture out much as taxis are quite expensive. The food at the hotel is really nice but not a lot of options as I don’t eat fish. Loved it here

Beautiful views, kind people, delicious complimentary breakfast, tucked away, seemingly on the side of a volcano, nice pool, comfortable room. Getting around to sites is not as easy as 123 but they do give free rides to the town below or they can arrange for any kind of tour if you like. Lots of Italians and some other Europeans, no other Americans which I preferred since it made for a very immersive experience, the same is true for much of the island. Overall I was sad to leave, 3 nights went fast, 5 would have been better to hit all of the highlights of Ischia.

Great stay and hotel - although a little worn

Super nice stay and amazing staff that were really helpful and service minded. Fantastic views from the facility, and you could tell that the owners have put a great effort in setting their own touch on the ambiance and interior. However, the hotel and particularly the rooms - are kind of worn and have a 80/90’s touch. Could definitely use a touch-up. Nice walking surroundings around the hotel, remember to bring your walking shoes though. We took a tour with the local bus and went to Forio, a super cute little village just outside of the little center where the hotel is located. Could recommend! Would absolutely go back to this hotel and during summer I can imagine it’s just amazing with its clear view and outdoor pool area as well as rooftop terrace!

Very relaxing

The hotel has amazing views and is a lovely relaxing place to stay. The provision of a free courtesy bus was a bonus as it is a long Walk back up to the hotel, via several flights of steps. The food was excellent in the restaurant and the pool area was adequate. All the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The view was lovely. It was a little difficult to find because it is located up the mountain in a village. The room was clean and adequate; it met our expectations. The facility could use some updating as it is "gently worn" in places. The breakfast was good and the staff was very accommodating.

This hotel is incredible. We have stayed twice because we have felt like family, we truly experience Ischia, Italy while staying here, and it is the most amazing place to relax. The views from the hotel are breathtaking. You will enjoy many hours on the patios just relaxing by the ocean. The pools are lovely. there are plenty of Instagram photo ops. The hotel: rooms are as described, very spacious, and housekeeping is immaculate!! The beds are comfortable and the AC works great. The front desk staff provides any information you could think of. They are so friendly and helpful Food: breakfast is included and it is out of this world! The pastries are to die for, fresh coffee, fruit right from their own trees, eggs, homemade yogurt and toppings. We looked forward to breakfast every morning. you can eat every meal in the hotel and you will be glad you did. I don’t know how they did it but everything we ate was incredible. It is simply the best Italian food you will ever have!! Everything is fresh as can be and the flavors are simple yet extraordinary. They have a set menu that you can choose which is always great or you can order a la carte. We tried to get everything at least once and I promise you will too. They also have a creative bar. Location:They have a shuttle that they operate daily to a few spots like Negombo hot springs which was REALLY appreciated. They also have a daily service with a company that will take you to a new spot on the island each day of the week.

Fantastic hotel. Pool area is sublime - good sized pool, decent sun loungers, quiet, outdoor showers, shaded area and excellent views. Hotel surroundings are beautiful, set atop a hill overlooking Cassamiccola and the bay of naples. The restaurant is excellent, fresh food cooked to perfection with a good choice, and not overpriced in comparison to local restaurants - but the best part is the view from the tables on the outdoor terrace. The staff are very accommodating and extremely helpful. They arranged for us the boat over to Capri for the day, and also our return transfer from the hotel to Naples airport including taxi at either end and the boat ticket in between. The only minor negatives, would be that the rooms are perhaps a little outdated in terms of furniture and bathroom suite - however they are spotlessly clean (I noticed housekeeping using a steam cleaner on the tile floors as opposed to a mop), and secondly, the breakfast may not be the best if you're a person who isn't a fan of continental breakfasts (as the breakfast was mostly made up of a variety of freshly baked cakes). However, the produce on offer was of superb quality; homemade cakes and jams, Kefir yogurt (which I struggle to get in the UK), as well as boiled/scrambled eggs, cold meats and cheese. Lastly, I despite being set atop a steep hill, the hotel offers a free evening shuttle to the local area of Lacco Ameno which has a good selection of restaurants, as well as 5EUR/pp shuttles to other areas

Fabulous family run hotel with Stunning views

This was such a lovely family run hotel. Beautiful setting and panoramic view is tireless! Apart from the great views and great outdoor pool the main feature has got to be the family. So kind and friendly with the daughters amazing English they all seem tireless in result of marking your stay fantastic. I would rent a car from them and organise any trip with their recommendations. The Father kindly shuttles you around at certain times to some great spots and also the port. The two sisters Francesca and Martina and cousin are so helpful and kind that makes this such a joy to be in. The mother runs a fantastic Resturant and cakes to die for. I would highly recommend this beautifully situated hotel and family.

The views were fantastic of the sea and hills from the restaurant. There is a free shuttle at fixed times to different parts of the island. Some are paid and some free. The restaurant is a bit pricey but good fresh, food. Vegetarian options are limited. Good fresh seafood options. The beds were very uncomfortable. Spring mattresses need replaced. We had a family room - you could only sleep on 1 of the bunk beds- others uncomfortable but they gave us a second room which had a double bed which was better. Bathrooms need updated. The family running the property have only been there 2 years and hopefully would make these changes for a better stay. Indoor pool is small but good for kids. Outdoor pool is bigger but may come in use in summer.We had a steep 1 mile climb up the hill with bags - ask hotel for transfer.

Villa Janto is a beautiful bed and breakfast with extremely kind staff, a convenient location, breaktaking view, and delicious home cooked food. I would highly recommend anyone consider staying here. Thank you so much to all who work there! My only suggestion is to improve your Wi-Fi connectivity, but luckily that was a minimal inconvenience.
