I arrived with no plans and was thrilled to meet the team who did everything to make sure that everything i hoped for, happened and well! From Ramses who met me at the car to Sara and others at the front desk and Ismael, the concierge, EVERYONE was wonderful. I truly felt like the goal was to make my stay as unforgettable as possible. Ismael was able to help with transportation and my next hotel and little things like finding a charger. He is GREAT at his job, both kind and generous with his time. Yusef was the driver to Marrakesh and he was fantastic too, super accessible and responsive. He really went out of his way to make sure i saw what i wanted. My room was great, the hotel is beautiful and with the incredible service, I would HIGHLY recommend a stay at the Grand Mogador in Casablanca.

The elevator breaks down, we ask for towels, and it takes over an hour to get them; we have to make multiple calls to get one answered. mismanaged hotel, we will not stay again and we'll not recommend it.

Great place in Casablanca

Grand Mogador City Center in Casablanca was a delightful surprise during my short stay. The hotel's elegant ambiance, impeccable service, and luxurious amenities made for a truly memorable experience. The room was spacious, beautifully furnished, and offered stunning views of the city. The staff were attentive and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The central location made it convenient to explore the city's attractions.
