This is the worst property that we have stayed at in our travels to 3 different continents. The elevators rarely worked or often only one of the 5 would work. The cleanliness was subpar. The staff truly did not care at all about us or our child. Do not arrive here any earlier than the check-in time of 3pm, they will not let you check-in early, even if you have a 1 year old who is crying due to the heat. The staff announced a planned power outage of only 2 hours one morning, but we did not get power (or air conditioning for our 1 year old child) back until 15 hours later. Our child cried herself to sleep that night due to the heat inside the rooms while the staff simply shrugged their shoulders and did not care. The staff would not refund our money and would not assist us with finding any other accommodations. Despite the great views, this building is operated by an administration and staff that are incompetent and apathetic. They ruined our vacation to Cartagena and the Colombian tourism industry should revoke the business license of this company. Also, Expedia needs to remove this listing as continuing to list this property will only make Expedia look bad.

Not worth the money

This was just a horrible experience. Before arriving we had a long argument with the staff trying to get them to accomodate us in the same or different room even if we had to pay for an extra night even if we only needed to stay there for four hours more after check out time because our flight was at 7pm and once we were traveling with a one year old jet lagged. They said no and did not even try to help. So my sister had to find another hotel nearby; pay for a full day just to stay a few hours so baby could take a nap comfortably in the afternoon and be ready for the long travel night we had ahead. When we arrived at the hotel nobody awknokedge we were there until half hour later when my sister asked them what was taking so long. All we could see was a ridiculous competitiveness between the apartment administrators which apparently had to personally take you to the third floor where the actual lobby is and then off to the apartment and they would only take one group at a time. We had to wait 1.5 hours before being taken to the lobby to get checked in. There we were charged extra to have the room cleaned after we checked out and when up in the room this administrator charged us 19% of our full stay supposedly for taxes but it was their commission so they're basically ripping people off because paying for seven nights of stay is not enough and they need to make more money off you. The rooms' sheets were stained and there was no clean set for us to at least change them, etc

Lock system for main flat door very practical Little maintenance for flat is required specially wood details.} Big advantage with laundry/dryer machine Air condition in both rooms was good Basic cleaning materials like dishwashing soap, kitchen towel, kitchen paper towel would be desirable.
