A charming family and pet friendly holiday rental situated in Carrickalinga with a short walk to the beach!
A great opportunity for a small family or friends to relax in Carrickalinga. Sleeps up to 8 in total including kids (maximum 6 adults).
Easy walk to the beach or commute to Normanville and all its facilities. As well as being secluded by trees and a fully fenced backyard to bring the pet along too.
Main bedroom includes a queen bed, desk with chair to work from home, or sit back and read a book or enjoy a cuppa. Main bedroom opens into the dining/ living/ kitchen area.
Dining includes an extendable dining table that seats 8-10 with bay window for views.

- 3x Reverse cycle aircons to cool/heat the lounge, dining room and kitchen as well as both bedrooms
- Large flat screen TV & DVD
- TV screen, with built in DVD player, in 2nd bedroom. Bring own game console (Wii, Playstation, X-Box) - ideal for keeping the kids occupied when beach time is over for the day!
- Range of DVDs, books and board games provided to suit all ages and a variety of tastes
Kitchen includes gas oven and stove top, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, fridge/freezer and microwave with ample bench space. From the kitchen you can access the 2nd bedroom with sofa (folds out to a double bed) and two sets of bunk beds or the separate bathroom and toilet. Both bedrooms have fans and air conditioning.

Lovely spot!
Cozy holiday home, super well stocked kitchen cupboards with the essentials like glad wrap and olive oil and the much appreciated coffee pods! We ended up driving to beach which was fine - beach shelter, snacks, boogie board etc - we’re too hard to carry that far. Really enjoyed our stay and so appreciative that the pup was able to come along too and be safe in secure yard.Missed out on the local wood fired pizza from Side Hustle - order before lunch if you want to get one.

Great location to beach and close to services at Normanville. Had taken kitchen utensils as was prepping an extensive Christmas meal - the house was so well stocked I did not use them. Great secure garden for dogs, enjoyed the games and table tennis. Highly recommend.

Absolutely fantastic getaway

Comfortable and very clean. we experienced one problem with the power, we had difficulty with the meter box switches,we are older people our fingers do not have the strength to push some switches into position. The folder in the house does state this, we were frightened we would do damage if we pushed too hard. We contacted the property owner who was extremely helpful even though she was trying to get to a meeting. the problem was soon solved so a big thank you for her patience with us also for calling us later to see if we were okay.

Falsely listed as 2 bathrooms and a short walk to the beach. There was only 1 bathroom and we didn’t consider 12 mins. to a view of the beach very accurate. Very old house with old furnishings.

Weekend getaway with family
The property was close to the beach and local amenities. It was nice to have a nice, well enclosed yard for the dogs and a bbq area. The kitchen is so well equipped which made our stay so much fun cooking for the family and cooking together. The shed has table tennis which enabled a fun way to spend time together. The place is clean and the host was very responsive to our needs.

Comfortable and relaxing
Had a great time the qaint little house was comfortable and well stocked. Struggled briefly with turning on the electricity but all ok in the end. No wifi, but mobilenet signal still good. There was a washing machine, though the only disappointment for us was we couldn't find a clothes line. Difficult without a dryer, I forgot to pack a portable line.
