Instagram nice, but that's about all

The apartment was Instagram pleasant when we walked in. Overall description of the unit was lacking. It is in a very large complex which isn't very nice from the outside. The unit is on the third floor with outdoor stair access only. When we got in, there were a dozen air fresheners and 2 air purifiers - the unit below held a smoker and I believe all these air fresheners was to mitigate that smell. The unit also has a pest problem that the owners are working on remedying, but it hadn't been fully solved during our stay. Additional features not included in the description, property details or even check-in details: Towels are provided, but they are small. Linens are also provided, which is nice. There is a Keurig coffee maker and some coffee was provided. There is a washing machine and dryer (only washing machine is listed in the details). There are some plates, cups, mugs and silverware. Only 1 wine glass. Host was responsive when I had comments and questions. Overall it was ok.

Great location!

The property was in a perfect location with easy access to Carroboro dining spots and a short drive to Chapel Hill. The kitchen and bathroom were both very updated and the decor was clean and modern. The beds were not very comfortable, but overall we enjoyed our stay a lot.
