Excellent Place!

This was such a Beautiful and private place. The unit was extremely clean and the kitchen was well stocked. The couch and sitting chair were perfect with a beautiful view of the water. Bed was comfortable and everything is clean.

Carrabelle Fishing Trip

Private cozy ground level studio apartment had everything we needed! Very comfortable king bed! Large bathroom and kitchen area! WiFi and phone s worked great. Nice screen porch to watch beautiful sunrises, boat ramp and large dock with electric and water to clean our boat, fish cleaning area, very close to Carrabelle River! This place had everything we needed and we were very pleased with our stay there!

Relaxing

Property was just as pictured. Very nice and clean. We enjoyed having a boat ramp and dock on-site. Lots on no-seeums, so don’t forget your bug spray.

second trip and it gets better each time. perfect for a couple get away and to get much rest and relaxation. perfect accomodations to enjoy nature and the old part of Florida.

Fisherman’s paradise

The location to the Gulf is perfect for offshore trips. The dock is one of the best I have seen in the area. Even fishing off the dock was good. Nice view from screen porch when it’s not too hot. Everything was clean and nice large shower. Even a big covered concrete space. Only issue was the AC could barely keep up with the late August heat wave. Granted my wife and I keep our house at 69 in summer and almost never turn on the heat in the winter so other folks might be fine. Did not matter though we had a great time and plan to comeback. Oh and had no trouble pulling our 22ft offshore boat out of the water when we left at the boat ramp on the property. Just watch tides. Thanks for the nice place!

Perfect except for a/c not cold

We loved the view, the dock and being on the water. Very comfortable accommodations but the poor a/c ruined it all.

Peaceful & Quiet

This was our first time staying at a VRBO. We were very pleased. Everything was as advertised, it was peaceful and quiet and clean. A perfect place for the 2 of us.
