Pet Friendly condo in charming Carolina Beach just steps to the sand!

Relax in this one bedroom, one bath condo. Sleeps 4 or 5. King bed, pull out sofa bed & twin XL rollaway. Less than 2 min walk from stairs to sand. Breathtaking views of the ocean on the spacious front porch with spectacular views of the marsh from the back porch. It also has a beautiful Community Pool right on the marsh (pool is open May 1-October). The condo is positioned just steps from one of our favorite spots, the Carolina Beach Pier, with its full-service bar and grill as well as several public beach accesses. Dogs are welcome!

Stay Requirements: Four-night min rental in Summer. Minimum two-night stay other seasons.

Note: there are 3 flights of stairs and no elevator.

Kitchen is fully stocked with all your necessities, also including crockpot, air fryer, drip coffee maker, Keurig coffee maker, and ninja creami.

All your beach needs are included: sand toys, beach chairs, beach umbrella, cooler, beach/pool towels.

2 adult bikes are included, located in our personal on site storage room.

Wifi and cable TV included

Clean, well-stocked with every utensil and pots and pans in the kitchen, toiletries and cleaning supplies, plenty of towels, and bed and couch and the outdoor sofa on the deck were comfy. Owner was responsive. Only a block from beach so great place to bring your dog to walk! Great place for our one-month stay!!

Such a sweet little stay. We have small kiddos, so this was a perfect place for us. They loved sleeping on a hide away couch, the little porch had beach toys that they played with on the porch and on the beach and our 5 year old was sad to have to leave. We told him we can always come back and we definitely will! Side note from the adults, the little back porch connected to our bedroom was great at night once the littles were asleep. A small glass of wine and perfect spot for watching stars made for some wonderful down time.

I booked this lovely condo for a full week trip at Carolina beach and it was amazing. The location was walking distance to the beach and the Carolina beach pier. A Gem of a rental

One of the best condos I have rented in pleasure island. It was just 2 of us for a girls weekend and it had everything we needed and more. Melissa is a great communicator and really took time to put extra touches such as coffee flavorings, plenty of towels, clean and inviting decor. Would stay again!
