This home is equipped with everything you need to cook a meal with family and friends. There are also beach chairs and some beach accessories available for use. Linens are included, just bring your beach towel.

The living room includes a large open living space with a 65" smart Amazon Fire TV. The couch has a pull out sleeper.

Direct beach access is a few steps away at the Scallop Public beach access next to the community.

The condo is 1st floor above the parking. There is 1 flight of 14 stairs to access the condo.

There are 2 parking passes for guests. One space is designated in a 3 space tandem row. There may be the random occasion that someone needs to contact a neighbor to move a car to allow someone else to exit. The second parking space is in the FCFS spaces on property, also in tandem rows.

This home is in a larger condo community with neighbors above and on one side. You may at times hear activities from neighbors.

Looking for other fun activities, drive a little further down to the NC Aquarium at Ft. Fisher and the historic sites nearby or drive to the neighboring city of Wilmington and check out the riverfront.
