Amazing Stay in Carolina Beach

We had such a relaxing stay at La Mare Vita. The views were incredible, the space was well equipped, and the location couldn’t be better. Steps to the beach and close to everything made our trip easy and fun. Highly recommend!

This was a great beach spot for our weekend trip. We enjoyed coffee on the balcony listening to the waves and walking to all the local restaurants and boardwalk. The condo was spotless and comfortable for our group of four. Highly recommend!

La Mare Vita exceeded our expectations. Being right on the ocean was incredible and we enjoyed watching the sunrise from the balcony each morning. The unit was clean and the iTrip team were great hosts. We can’t wait to come back!

Great Stay!

Our stay was everything we hoped for! The condo was very clean, well-stocked, and had a beautiful oceanfront view. The location was perfect—right by the beach and within walking distance to great restaurants and shops. iTrip was an excellent host, making everything smooth and easy. We had an amazing stay!

Wonderful, updated condo in a great location

Condo has thoughtful upgrades throughout and was very clean. The location is wonderful and allows you to easily access the boardwalk without being directly on top of it. Check-in/out process was incredibly smooth.

Had a wonderful trip to Carolina beach and the condo was fantastic. Very handicap accessible. I really enjoyed being walking distance from the beach and our view was great. The property management made it feel like home away from home.

Beautiful condo and perfect location! Only negative (and it’s only a preference—not really a negative) is there was so much white-bedspreads, towels etc).! Love iTrip-checked to see if we needed anything upon check-in, once during stay -great experience! Thank you! See ya next year!

Yearly Family Summer Vacation

This unit was so much as advertised and then some. Location was the best. Amenities were great. My contacts from iTrip, Madison, Alex, Jade and Elena were so professional and helpful. Will most likely book again for next year.

Carolina Beach Trip August 2024

Our stay was very enjoyable! The condo was very clean and very well stocked with essential items with a very nice view. Very accessible to the boardwalk and other local amenities. The only negative thing about our stay was having only one elevator in the complex which was on the South end of the property, while we were located on the North end of the property.

Great location

Very easy to access and get too! The only complaint would be the front bathroom tub and as hard to use because of the knobs other than that it was a great condo! Lots of space for us 4 a nice little kitchen and I enjoyed the freezer having an ice maker! Our kids loved it they walked in and was so excited about it and how they had there own bathroom!

Nice Location

Stayed here with my husband and 6 year old. Location is very convenient/easy access to beach and boardwalk. Accommodations were as described. Easy check in and check out process. Only complaint that I communicated was that the shower heads should definitely be replaced. But other than that, it was as expected.

Beautiful place at the coast

Our vacation could not be better than this oceanfront place in Carolina beach! We loved being just steps away from a vibrant array of dining, shopping and activities after a long day on the beach or at the pool. The condo is bright, beautifully updated with modern finishes and tasteful decor. The kitchen is stocked and the beds are equally impressive. The rental management company’s communication is subpar to none. The place is a true gem, blending convenience at the coast with a beautiful, clean, modern condo experience.

Family vacation

You can not beat the location! Steps from boardwalk. We only drove twice and that was to pick up a few extra groceries. Otherwise, we walked to dinner/dessert/drjnks/games every night. Condo was great for my family of 4. Only complaint would be the washer is very very loud. We only ran it when we went to the beach or pool as you could hear it all through the condo. All in all it was a fabulous week. Thank you!

Condo was dirty, smelled like grease. Everything you touched was dirty. Out dated. Furniture and pillows were stained. Toilet seats in both bathrooms were loose and fell off.

Dirty, Dirty, Dirty!!

The cleaning service that you the property manager uses has to be a total scam!!! Had to go and buy shower cleaner to remove the black mold from the shower\tubes. The floor was so nasty I had to sweep/vacuum a huge pile of sand up as soon as we arrived.

Disappointed by lack of basic cleanliness

Good location condo, unfortunately I am really disappointed with the cleanliness of the place, cobwebs on the fixtures, floors weren’t cleaned as well as appliances and the bathrooms seems like haven’t been cleaned in a very while, shower heads and toilet rims had mold and tubs seems likeweren’t clean at all.
