Nice Home

The home was nice & in a great location; however, the listing was a little misleading. None the less, we made it work. We attempted to notify the owner of a few small issues we had & it was assumed we were trying to get a discount on our stay. That really was not the case...just wanted to express our issues so that the next occupants would not experience the same. But overall, the home was in a good location & the neighbors were friendly. It's definitely more for a large family with multiple children, not a church womens group aged 48 & older lol. But that was totally on us and of no fault of the home owner.

Family get together

The house is in a great location. Very close to the beach and a friendly neighborhood. The house is a great size for all your family. UNFORTUNATELY thats where it ends. The elevator IS NOT available for use. It is locked. This was unfortunate for us because that was a deciding factor for renting this house. When we arrived the kitchen counters were still dirty, our linens had remnants of bubble gum on them so we had to rewash them. We also found bubble gum wrappers in the two other beds under the blankets. Two dresser drawers were broken so unusable. The back door handle was broken and the towel rack in the master bath fell off the wall. My husband fixed the door handle and towel rack, when we notified Paul we were told a credit would be issued but that never happened. We were also expected to seperate the recycling from the trash but was only given one trash can. I found a broken trash can around the back of the house. We never could find the living room remote so that TV was not able to be used. Considering the exorbitant cleaning fee charged, having to strip, wash, dry, fold, and put away ALL the linens and towels used, not to mention the light vacuuming, makes for a very lengthy check out morning. I informed Paul of this and more on the day we left 9 days ago, but never received a response back (or the credit) so this is the reason for the negative review.

Wedding Weekend

This home is everthing you could ask for. We celebrated our wedding reception there with family and friends. The kitchen is fully stocked and the bedrooms are all a great size. Two great decks as well as a lift to get everything upstairs. Beautiful views and the ocean a short walk away. We will definately be back. Thanks to the owner who was so helpful and prompt with replies. Come down to our beautiful area and enjoy a vacation to remember.

Scotts Celebration of Life

Everything was perfect for our family to get together and celebrate my son Scott’s life. It was on his birthday just a little over 2 months since he passed. It was very close to the beach. Thoroughly think I made the best choice for what we needed

Great house and location

The house was perfect for our group. Two big decks, games and a well stocked kitchen. The location is great…within walking distance to the beach and pier. And not too far from the restaurants and boardwalk. Excellent communication by the owner.

Great Property ..needs minor changes

Overall - fantastic property and I highly recommend. I would suggest the pdf that’s left on the table when you get inside somehow get emailed to the client at booking so it’s clear there are no linens included. We ended buying cheap ones at wal mart. Additionally, the check out items are a bit much. Considering we are paying a large “cleaning fee”, I found it a bit off putting that I was asked to vaccum the place, wash and fold the towels before leaving, etc. Again - great house that was perfect for what we needed but a few little things were frustrating.
