Carnac is located in the heart of the Bay of Quiberon which protects it, near the Gulf of Morbihan. This seaside resort is called âQueen of Morbihanâ. It benefits from a rich historical heritage due to its megalithic alignments.
The house is located in the heart of Carnac-Plage, in the immediate vicinity of everything, 50m from the beach, 100m from the sailing club, thalassotherapy and shops. The entire main part of a semi-detached villa, completely independent of its twin and the apartment on the ground floor, large flowery terrace hidden from the road by a high wall and a large gate. Ground floor:
- Direct entrance into a beautiful living room (25mÂČ) very bright with 2 sliding windows onto the terrace (south-facing), TV and double sofa bed.
- Kitchen (9.86mÂČ) with refrigerator, 4-burner gas cooker, dishwasher.
- Cellar with washing machine. Separate WC.
- Bathroom with sink, shower.
Floor by stairs starting from the living room:
- A 9mÂČ bedroom with 2 single beds, French window onto the balcony.
- A 9mÂČ bedroom with 1 double bed, French window onto the balcony.
- A bedroom of 11.60m2 with 1 double bed, 1 single bed, sink.

Lieu agréable et bien placé
Hormis, la maison qui correspondait Ă nos attentes. Nous avons Ă©tĂ© déçus par le fait que le stationnement soit payant sans ĂȘtre avertis sur l'annonce de ce fait. Il faudrait trouver une solution pour les locataires qui passent plusieurs jours.
Les stationnements non payants sont relativement éloignés > 500 mÚtres
