Executive Suite in Downtown Carmel-By-The-Sea. Located 1 &1/2 blocks off Ocean Ave. by Carmel Plaza in the heart of town. Park the car and walk to dining, shops, the beach, Sunset Center.....everything on the Peninsula is close by. There's a king bed in the master bedroom with gas fireplace and LCD TV, a queen bed in the second bedroom and there's a queen futon in the living room providing sleeping for six.

This condo is exactly as it is pictured and described. A nice retreat very close to shops and restaurants. The beach is also just a short walk. One recommendation is to add another chair or two to the living area as right now it only sits 3-4 comfortably. Loved the deck area.

The location is perfect - 2 blocks to Ocean Avenue with all of the shops and restaurants Carmel has to offer and just a few more blocks to the breathtaking coastline. Lovely, clean, quiet, very comfortable and convenient. Everything we needed was there. We would stay there again in a flash. The only improvement to suggest would be replacing the plastic tarp on the balcony with something less noisy on windy nights. Thanks for making our stay in Carmel easy and effortless!

We loved our stay at the condo -- it was so bright and comfortable and came stocked with everything we could possibly need...even Peet's coffee! The space was recently renovated and has a modern yet cozy feel. We especially loved the fireplace in the master bedroom, the big tub, the porch with couches and firepit, and the parking spot right out front! Perfect location with very responsive and hospitable property manager. We'll be back!

This house locates in a very convenient area: one block form ocean ave; 10 min walk to the beach and the grocery store is right across the street. The house itself is beautiful and clean. Beds are very comfortable. Kitchen is fully equipped. We also enjoy the patio a lot! We were traveling with two young kids and this house is perfect! Fantastic heart of the town of Carmel property.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 days, 2 nights in Carmel. What a perfect location of this property. Right in the heart of Carmel By the Sea and a few minutes to Carmel beach. Craig dropped by and we had an enjoyable chat with him. Very welcoming and friendly. We enjoyed the small touches such as shampoo and soap provided in the shower and coffee for us to enjoy in the mornings. Beautiful outdoor terrace which we could enjoy for a few hours as the weather finally improved. Thanks Craig. Such a beautiful property and we would most definetly book with you again.

Perfect Location

If you are looking for the perfect location in Carmel this is it. Park your car and walk to everything that downtown Carmel has to offer. Quiet and spacious. Easy in and easy out with the push button keypad locks on the outside door and patio and front door (never lose a key). Great courtyard for relaxing or grilling out. TV in each room which is always a must for me. I rarely leave reviews but felt I needed to on this one. More than we expected. Thanks for the hospitality Craig.

Location! Location! Location!

This vacation rental is a special place! The pictures don't do it justice. This 2nd level executive suite is just 2 blocks from Ocean Avenue so it is within walking distance to almost everything - restaurants, shopping, wine tasting, art galleries, and the Hugh Comstock fairytale cottages! A market is across the street for easy meal preparation. The suite is spacious, clean and very comfortable. The windows and sky lights make it a bright and cheery living space. The lighting was great for reading in the evening. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. There are extra touches here that make it a special place. Lovely artwork graces the walls, and candles provide for a warm atmosphere. The living room seating is very comfortable. The dining table seats 8 and the bar provides seating for 3. Two outdoor living areas offered comfortable seating and a pleasant water feature that disguised any city noise. Craig was very responsive and a pleasure to meet. This was an above average vacation rental because of its location and all the unique touches.
