The apartment is clean with top notch linens, furniture and a well-equipped kitchen. The location is spectacular. I loved the private porch . The apartment looked better in person than it did in the pictures. The management was excellent. This stay exceeded my expectations.

Hidden Gem

We have visited Carmel many times staying in small hotels. We wanted more room than you get at a hotel and more privacy. This apartment was perfect for us, walking distance to all of our favorite restaurants, private courtyard, nicely appointed kitchen and bath. And very important in Carmel, Reserved Parking. Next time, we will try to get the 1 bedroom apartment. Thanks for a great anniversary and birthday present to ourselves.

It was a wonderful week! Great food! Love going to the beach ! Great time in Big Sur. 17 mile Drive was beautiful and the waves were amazing. Perfect weather. Kids loved hiking and going to the beach each day. Hard to leave!!!

Lovely Getaway

The perfect little getaway spot right in town. There is a large walk in closet that we were even able to place a full size crib. The property managers were in constant contact with anything we needed. They had some bottled waters and coffee essentials stocked as well. Very cozy blankets and updated space. Would stay again!

Good Location, very nice, a couple more mentions

The apartment is nicely located in Carmel by the sea. 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom all very nice. Kitchen was stocked with Coffee for use, thank you. You are close to many fun activities in the area. Our communication for place was good and would consider other properties under this company. A couple items to note that might give pause for some to stay here again. * There is a flight of stairs to climb, no elevator, this was ok for us. * Our first night, Carmel was very warm, and this apartment has no Air Conditioning to cool down. Sea Breeze was not so great the first night. * Loud music on late night, Friday and Saturday nights were not the best sleep for me... I was surprised how loud the bands were, and how late they played. Knowing this I would not book this specific location again for a weekend.

Perfect location. Clean apartment. Needed a few maintenance check up ( we wrote these in the maintenance book )but overall a positive experience and we will come back to this location if we go to Carmel again.

Beautiful apartment with great amenities

The apartment is lovely- very clean without feeling sterile. Upscale furnishings that also feel welcoming and cozy. The kitchen had every amenity necessary to cook a full thanksgiving dinner for a smallish family which is what I did, so I am very appreciative. The property manager is very responsive. The street sounds were weirdly loud at night and early morning and this is coming from someone who lived on a trolley line in SF for years- we bring sound machines for the kids but could have used one for ourselves. Overall wonderful experience.

A New Tradition

I'm not sure we want to stay anywhere else after staying here. It was an almost perfect (some street noise) location and we were able to park the car once and walk anywhere in the downtown area. The beds were comfy, the living room was spacious, and the outdoor area was an added bonus.

Beautiful Carmel apartment in a great location!

We loved every little detail of this apartment. It felt very private, yet we were walking distance to everything. Little luxuries throughout (comfortable beds and pillows, bottled waters, sparkling drinks in the fridge, plentiful shampoos and conditioners, ability to sign into your own Netflix account, etc.) made our stay that much more perfect!

Very nice apartment located in town. Apartment is exactly as pictured. New, clean, and nicely appointed and stocked with essential items. Appreciated the fresh flowers and quick response from property manager.
