Our stay was uneventful until we discovered that upon exiting our room, our room door didn't close securely, (we checked to make sure it was a failure) leaving our room un-safe if someone came along checking for vulnerable entries. other than that.....I was very nice, clean. We would stay here again.

Great room and Great Service

We enjoyed our room and decided to add another night. We talked to the rep at the desk (wish I had her name) and she helped us work it out even though we had done the room for first night with Hotels.com, she as able to get us another night for a comparable price and at first thought we would need to change rooms, but then she managed to get us the same room after all1. She was extremely professional and friendly! Since we had the room for two nights in a row we were surprised when we returned to our room to find the room had been serviced and we got fresh towels! Very happy with our stay in the Carlsbad Quality Inn!
