The room was mainly in good condition, although not everyone wants to watch TV while lying in bed. I'd prefer watching from a couch or an easy chair, but the couch was against the same wall as the TV. Very odd. The frame on the bathroom mirror was dirty. The staff was courteous.

Gate to pool not working, nonstop toddlers playing in jacuzzi (unable to relax/enjoy adult time/loud). We were not told until too late there was an event that was happening…too many people everywhere, no privacy or peace. Asked for late check out, granted, but then front desk called 3x during extended time & knocked on door twice. Went to relax as a couple, wasted a night, will not return.
