The hotel was clean, the room had a nice set up and all the staff I met from front desk, to bar, to kitchen/breakfast were great. I can't remember his name but the gentleman tending the bar was super friendly and helpful.

Checked in easily with friendly customer service. However we were 4 guests and only two towels were there in the room. Needed to get extra towels from reception. Room service was alternate days. Hence next day there was no service. Air condition (or heating system) probably has a leak at the bottom from outside. Hence room was very cold at times. Next day also we needed to get towels from reception. Pool was great and water temperature appropriate. Overall it was good experience except for cold draft inside the room. Plenty of parking at the facility. Safe and easy access to shopping, dining with plenty of restaurant options. Excellent except above mentioned issues.

The property and surround area was clean safe and there was ample parking. Once inside there was no one at the front desk. After a few minutes a gentleman arrive to check me in. I was given 2 small bottles of water then proceeded to the elevator. My room was clean and stocked with fresh towels. The bed was comfortable and bathroom was clean. After returning from dinner later that evening, my spouse and I had misic playing from our tablet. Security knocked on our door to turn the music down because they received noise complaints. We turned the music and television volume down. Shortly after the front desk called to ask us to keep the noise down because they received another noise complaint. I assured the young lady on the phone that the music was turned down from the 1st request from the Security guard who knkcked on the door. She rudely stated "you must have turned it down while on the phone but the security and I will be back up there". My spouse and I decided to engage in an intimate moment when there was a knock at the door again.The young lady and the security was back at the door asking if we could turn down the noise. I asked her what noise? Because we turned off the music and TV. She said "not the music the noise". I was so angry and annoyed at this point. What was supposed to be a 2 night weekend getaway for my spouse and I was ruined. I would never stay here again. The walls are too thin and the breakfast options are limited for someone who does not comsume dairy.
