Bel hôtel dans un joli village

Tout était très bien, l'accueil, la chambre, la vue, le petit déjeuner, et même le dîner que nous avons pris sur place. Personnel de l'hôtel très attentionné, nous avons été autorisés à garer notre moto dans le garage personnel de l'hôtelier. Dommage qu'il y ait eu un malentendu à l'arrivée avec des frais supplémentaires qui n'étaient pas indiqués lors de la réservation. Mais une solution nous a été proposée, et en prenant une chambre plus petite, il n'y a pas eu de supplément.

Ottima colazione, ma attenzione a ospiti rumorosi

Il problema maggiore era la rumorosità. Le due porte antincendio che separano il giro scale dal corridoio erano sempre aperte. In pratica, a separare il mio letto dal vano scale c’era solo la porta della mia camera. C’erano molti bambini che correvano e giocavano per le scale, considerandole un unico parco giochi, in continuità con la sala giochi posta al piano interrato. Naturalmente la critica non è per i gestori, ma per i genitori. La seconda sera, quando i bambini giocavano anche nel corridoio delle camere, sono uscito chiedendo di spostarsi a giocare in sala giochi ed ho chiuso le due porte delle scale. Già questo riduceva il rumore proveniente dal vano scale di un buon 50%. Inoltre, trovare le porte di accesso alla zona notte chiuse, è un buon deterrente a fare schiamazzi nella zona notte. Ora gli aspetti positivi: la camera è stata predisposta come richiesto (due letti singoli), la posizione è ottima: gli impianti sono a circa un chilometro e c’è il pulmino dell’albergo sempre pronto a trasportarvi lì e riprendervi. Il punto di forza è la colazione: davvero eccellente, degna di un 4 stelle: tanta scelta di dolce e salato e anche marmellate fatte in casa. Le camere sono arredate in stile un po’ datato, ma sono pulite e in ordine. Il personale è tutto molto gentile. Il rapporto qualità/prezzo è buono. In definitiva, se uno vuole stare tranquillo deve farsi dare una camera all'ultimo piano e distante dal vano scale, per il resto l’albergo è consigliabile.
