*2 Front ground floors equipped with a large veranda with granite columns and a reserved barbecue area; bathrooms adapted for people with reduced functionality of the lower limbs

Fabuleux!!! Au calme entre mer et montagne.

L'appartement n°6 est parfait. Bien équipé et d'une propreté irréprochable. La résidence est idéalement située entre la vue mer et le lever de soleil côté salon et terrasse, et vue montagne et coucher de soleil côté chambres et piscine. L'équipe en charge du bien est côté très réactive à l'occasion de chaque sollicitation. Merci à Laura et Mélissa.

Perfekter Urlaub

Die Anlage ist wirklich in einem wunderschönen Zustand, der Garten ein Traum. Der Pool ist sehr sauber. Die Lage direkt am Meer (im Juni Platz ohne Ende) und nahe der Berge ist ideal für Urlauber, die Baden und Wandern kombinieren wollen. Die Ausstattung mit Wasch- und Spülmaschine ist fast schon Luxus. Die Küchenausstattung war für uns ausreichend. Die Kommunikation mit Marco (auf Englisch) war problemlos und jederzeit möglich. Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Cardedu und Barisardo reichen für einen Urlaub vollkommen aus. Fazit: 100% Weiterempfehlung.

Insgesamt waren wir zufrieden mit der Unterkunft in der schönen Ferienanlage. Einziges Manko: es gibt viel zu wenig Geschirr und Gläser, sodass wir ständig die Spülmaschine nutzen mussten.

Unterkunft war absolut Top

Wir hatten die Wohnung Nummer 6, oben rechts. Der Ausblick auf das Meer war ein Traum, die Sonnenaufgänge wauw. Die Wohnung war wie auf den Bildern sehr Großzügig, moderne Möbel, gut eingerichtet inkl. Waschmaschine und Geschirrwaschmaschine. Sehr saubere Wohnung, hat auch mit der Bettwäsche und den Badetücher funktioniert. Marco unsere Kontaktperson ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, stand jederzeit zur Verführung, Die Umgebung und der Pool sind absolut sauber und gepflegt. Die Lage von dieser Anlage ist wirklich, aus der Anlage über die Straße wo nicht stark befahren ist, und den ist da gleich der Strand, Das Meer ist traumhaft und klar. Wie waren anfangs Oktober für 3 Wochen da, die Strandbars waren leider schon Geschlossen. Alles in allem kann ich nur sagen, waren super schöne Ferien Die Anlage und Wohnung absolut Top, wir kommen gerne wieder. Elisabeth & Livo

Erholsamer Urlsub

Die Anlage ist sehr gut gepflegt, der Pool im Garten ebenfalls, die Wohnung geschmackvoll— harmonisch eingerichtet; die Küchenausstattung könnte etwas großzügiger sein, war aber ausreichend. Trotz der 6 Wohneinheiten merkt man von der Nachbarschaft sehr wenig. Die Lage ist top; direkter Strand nur über die Straße, weitere Strände in der Nähe. Es ist in jedem Raum einen Klimaanlage und zu unserer großen Freude- Moskitonetze ,in Form von qualitativ sehr hochwertigen Rollos,vor jedem Fenster! Sehr empfehlenswert!

Traumurlaub

Wir waren von der Anlage und der Ferienwohnung total begeistert. Es war alles rundum sauber und der Pool war richtig schön. Die Kinder hatten eine Menge Spaß. Das Meer liegt direkt vor der Türe und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren gut zu erreichen. Es gab 2 Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe, von denen wir das La rosa dei Venti unbedingt weiterempfehlen möchten. Marco und Allessandro waren hervorragende Gastgeber und immer ansprechbar. Vielen Dank für alles!

Toller Urlaub in ruhiger Gegend

Wir waren mit unserer Familie mit drei Kindern in dieser wunderschönen, gepflegten Ferienanlage. Es gibt 6 Wohneinheiten. Unsere Wohnung war im Obergeschoss mit tollem Blick auf das Meer. Zum Strand mussten wir nur einmal kurz über die Straße. Dieser war zu unserer Zeit nie überfüllt und wunderschön. (Allerdings wird das Wasser sehr schnell tief und man kann nicht mehr stehen) Es gibt aber einige flachabfallende Strände in der Gegend, die für kleinere Kinder schöner sind. Zum Reinigen nach dem Strandbesuch gibt es eine Außendusche, was sehr sinnvoll ist. Die Gartenanlage ist wunderschön und sehr gepflegt. Auch der Pool wurde gerne besonders von unseren Kindern genutzt. Auch Nichtschwimmer können hier im flachen Eingangsbereich planschen. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und kommen bestimmt wieder.

Sehr schöne Anlage

Die Anlage mit 6 Ferienwohnungen ist genau wie auf den Bildern sehr schön. Der Kontakt für den Check-in und out war super. Restaurants und Supermarkt ist im nächsten Ort. 2 in direkter Umgebung. Man braucht auf jeden Fall einen fahrbaren Untersatz. Das Meer und der Blick sind toll. Der Pool hinter dem Haus einwandfrei. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Nicht zu vergessen, es ist eine Ferienwohnung: Toilettenpapier, Gewürze, Spühmaschinen- und Waschmaschinentabs muss man besorgen (je 2 werden gestellt). Der Müll wird akribisch getrennt. Wenn bei der Abreise noch Reste an Lebensmitteln oder sonstigen Dingen übrig sind, entsorgt der Vermieter dies für € 30, zusätzlich zur Endreinigung für € 50 und Bettwäsche und Handtücher für € 30. Wir waren mit dem Motorrad und nahmen dies in Anspruch. Geparkt wird im Hof, der mit einem elektronischen Tor verschlossen ist. Alles in allem hatten wir 10 sehr schöne Tage auf Sardinien!

Wunderschöne Anlage, Top gepflegt. Mega Pool! Sehr schöne und modern eingerichtet Ferienwohnung. Keine 50 Meter zum großen Sandstrand. Top Lage. Sehr netter Kontakt auch mit dem Vermieter, bei Fragen o.ä. immer per Handy erreichbar. Viele schöne Strände in der näheren Umgebung, Leider alles nur mit dem Auto machbar. L'installation est parfaitement conforme aux photos. L'ensemble est neuf et la mer est juste en face

La résidence proposée est neuve. Dès que l'on passe le portail automatique, on a l'impression de rentrer dans un décors de film. Le green de la pelouse tranche avec le côté aride qui entour la propriété. La localisation est vraiment intéressante avec la mer juste en face de la résidence et la présence d'une très belle piscine parfaitement adaptée aux enfants (grande plage très peu profonde, idéale pour notre fille de 4 ans). La propriété est très propre et les équipements sont eux-aussi neufs (four, gazinière, hotte, lave-vaisselle, frigo, lave linge). Alessandro est un hôte très réactif, à l'écoute et qui a été très arrangeant sur les horaires de check-in et check_out. La présence d'ânes autour de la propriété peu surprendre la nuit mais nous en gardons un très bon souvenir. Concernant la plage, l'accès y est directe, même si nous sommes allés fréquemment à Tortoli (25 mn - Lido di Orri). Le clou du séjour ayant été le dernier soir, où nous avons pu assister à des éclosions de tortues sur la plage juste en face de la résidence. Bref, nous ne pouvons que vous conseiller cette location. Nagelneue Apartments

Es sind insgesamt 6 Apartments in einer sehr gepflegten Anlage mit Gemeinschaftspool. Der Strand liegt direkt vor der Haustür / Restaurants/Bar sind zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Die Anlage ist nagelneu (wir waren die ersten Gäste in unserem Apartment). In dem Apartment war alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Host lief problemlos und unkompliziert ein.
