Quille Apartment: Ground floor accommodation in the heart of Carcans Maubuisson, just a stone's throw from the lake.



Located in the Le Grand Pavois residence, in the heart of Carcans Maubuisson, this apartment is ideal for family holidays by the lake. Its privileged location allows you to fully enjoy all water activities, developed beaches, and the lively centre, all accessible on foot. The lake is just 150 metres away, shops are 50 metres away, while the Atlantic Ocean is approximately 5 km away.



The apartment, on one level, is located on the ground floor of the residence, which makes it convenient and easy to live in for family stays.



The living room, pleasant and functional, is fitted out with a table and chairs, a sofa and a television. It constitutes a friendly space to relax after a day at the lake or the ocean.

Nous avons aimé ...

Logement idéalement situé à côté du lac, des commerces/restaurants et du marché. Nous avons aimé son aménagement (décoration, équipements cuisine (lave-vaisselle)), sa fraicheur (même s'il n'y a pas la climatisation et même si nous n'avons pas eu de fortes chaleurs estivales cette année), le parking privatif pour la voiture, le local individuel fermant à clé pour les vélos (2 vélos max). Nous avons moins bien aimé : Le bruit parfois des voisins du dessus et de la grille qui claque dès que quelqu'un rentre ou sort de l'immeuble (ce logement est situé au rez-de-chaussée), le chat errant qui nous obligeait à tout fermer constamment afin qu'il ne se faufile pas dans l'appartement, les fourmis à notre arrivée qui avait pris possession du logement (solution radicale trouvée auprès de la droguerie de Maubuisson). Suggestions d'amélioration : La machine à laver vieillissante, végétaliser davantage la terrasse pour vraiment couper du trottoir et des passants qui ont la vue directe sur vous en train de manger par exemple, la plaque en fonte sur le trottoir qui fait du bruit dès qu'un passant la franchit. Et disposer d'une vraie box Wifi serait un vrai plus (la solution proposée limite à 5 Go de données par jour, ça va vite dès que l'on est plusieurs connectés dessus). Dans l'ensemble, nous avons apprécié ce logement et nous y retournerons volontiers
