Renovated apartment in a typical front lake stone house.
Enjoy the wonderful view from the private & exclusive use rooftop terrace.
Excellent accommodation to relax and start your visits on the magic Como Lake.

Comfortable for a couple, a family with 2 children or 2 couples of friends;
A double bed and a French sofa bed, with full linen for both, are at your full disposal.

Check-In available either in person or in Self Check-In mode.

THE PLACE
The property is located in a typical stone house on the lake with just two families.
My property is divided between the second and third (last) floor.
The apartment, on the second floor, consists of:
- Bedroom
- Room with sofa bed and open kitchen
- Bathroom with shower

On the third floor you access the private terrace, which offers a wonderful view of Lake Como.
It's exclusive use & private access only to the guests.
At guests' disposal, to make the most of the terrace, a table with chairs and two sunbeds.

THE AREA
Carate Urio is a historic town on Lake Como that traces its origins back to Roman times.
The typical stone houses built between the hills and the lake, make Carate Urio one of the most characteristic villages of the first basin of Lake Como.
The calm that reigns in this house will amaze you, you will experience the authenticity of the lake during the day and will fall asleep with the relaxing sound of the waves in the evening.
The most famous places on the lake are just a few minutes away, Como with its restaurants and clubs (12 Min), Cernobbio and its famous Villa D'Este (7 Min), Laglio and Clooney’s Villa Oleandrea (2 Min) and then Lugano and Milan are just 45-60 minutes away.
The vacation home is heated and features a kitchen and space to spread out with a separate bedroom and a dining area. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. The bathroom offers hair dryers and bidets. Other standard amenities include a sofa bed, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.

Perfekter Kurztrip nach bella Italia

Wer bella Italia genießen will, aber nicht soweit fahren möchte, für den ist der Comer See ideal. Die Wohnung samt Dachterrasse ist ein toller Ausgangspunkt um den Comer See zu erkunden. Sehr ruhig gelegen - man hört die Schwalben und kann deren Flug auf der Dachterrasse verfolgen - aber doch mit Anbindung zu den Fähren und Bus in alle Richtungen. Die Wohnung bietet allen Komfort, liegt nahe am See, gute Restauration und sogar ein kleiner Alimentare sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Einfach perfekt!!!
