Sunset Captiva 58. Charming 3-bedroom home in the heart of Captiva village.
Unwind in Captiva at this lovely house. With 3 bedrooms and 2 baths (2 Kings and a full) including a loft with a full futon. Can sleep 6 people. Guests will have plenty of space to relax. Whether you're looking to soak up the sun on the nearby beach, or a swim in the community swimming pool, or simply enjoy a peaceful retreat It's a short walk to the village for restaurants and shopping. House comes with a street legal golf cart and access to a boat dock across the street. (Have to reserve the dock space ahead of time). We hope you'll enjoy your stay at our house. The pool and pool house renovation will be occurring August 18,2025 - September 30, 2025.Dates may change without notice.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a patio. There's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms and a dining area.
