We loved the beautiful direct view of the ocean and sunsets. Hearing the waves crash with the patio doors open was so peaceful. Accessing the beach was very easy and close. Equipped with everything we needed to enjoy our stay and comfortable furniture! Lots of room for a larger group. We put this on our "have to come back" list.

This place was great! Very clean with updated decor, exactly as the photos shown. Very close to the private beach, you could see and hear the ocean from the patio. Amenities such as beach chairs, a cooler and a beach umbrella were included and delivered timely.Highly recommended! Only one small critique: The unit was very hard to find due to a missing address on the building wall.

It’s a beautiful location but NO amenities are included linked to the resort.

Unit number is not posted - you have to investigate to locate it . No washer & dryer and the location for the trash is incorrect.

Very clean and well-designed property close to beach

This was a beautifully and adeptly decorated and very clean property right on the beach! Sunsets were stunning! The beds were very comfortable. The condo was well appointed. Just remember in this area the properties come with zero spices or anything - even salt and pepper - so bring or buy what you need! The beach chairs were great - we rented bikes at a nearby purveyor. The fridge ice machine does not work and that’s not a big deal if only we’d been told. BUY A BAG OR TWO OF ICE! You don’t want to arrive as I did at 6pm and end up having to drive back to Sanibel for ice! (If it had been earlier the nearby Island Store would have had me covered!) Owner was very responsive to questions and issues and quick to respond. Captiva is beautiful and this place is walkable to the island’s restaurants and general stores. Pool was clean and had many chairs. Still rebuilding the cabana area but it did not affect pool enjoyment at all. Captiva beach is not crowded and simply the best for walking, shelling, and swimming! Captiva is where you go to slow down and not have to be with a ton of people. Really loved this property.

This unit was beautiful & had everything we needed. We appreciated/read the books and games on site, along with beach towels. The property was a short walk out to the beautiful beach or pool area. We used the grills one evening to eat in & loved that convenience. It was super easy to communicate with the rental company and they were very helpful. The restaurants on Captiva were great:Green Flash and Mucky Duck were our favorites.

home away from home in paradise

At 60 My dream came true!!! I was like a little kid at christmas when I opened the door to your Condo! Absolutely gorgeous!!! True Serenity!! I’ve been fighting my battle for 10 years with Metastasis Melenoma and a Brain tumor which has returned… 10 surgeries later… 160 nymph nodes removed! Lots of scarring and On and off Immune therapy chemo… which caused type one diabetes and adrenal failure and some loss of saliva.. I am grateful to be alive! I opened an Aveda Day Spa called CAPTIVA SALON and Spa in Yarmouth Maine…My salon name Inspired by my one day visit sea shelling years ago! Sadly, with my health being my full time job.. I had no choice but to close down… My fiancé made it all possible with a last minute vacation to your unit. I want to come back next year maybe in February if God allows me! I wish I could live in this unit!! The view of the sunset and gorgeous interier design why not? I hope you enjoy your stay as much as I did!! Blessings

Lovely place. Very comfortable.

I loved the decor, the comfort, but the TV operation was not good, but we did not come to the water to watch TV. Everything was truly lovely other than the tv. Thank you.

Wonderful with Character!

Perfect stay, exactly as advertised. South Seas has come a long way since Hurricane Ian and they continue to make positive progress. As far as the individual unit, absolutely perfect. For those concerned about the water quality of the gulf/beach quality of Captiva, it was crystal clear aquamarine water. Paradise. Would book again in a heartbeat.

Perfect trip

Property gave us a perfect trip. We just needed comfort and a short walk to the beach. The property had some style and came with a lot of comfort. The furniture was comfortable and we could tell that thought was put into the property, down to the quality of the utensils and the board games that were left there for us. It also came with beach chairs and an umbrella. The unit was clean, comfy, and we couldn’t have asked for more.
