Unit 1025 Plantation Beach Club.
Beautiful like new condo with a spacious master bedroom overlooking the Gulf with a king size bed, tv and private bath. A second bedroom with its own full bath and two double beds and living room sleeper sofa.
An 8’x10’ lanai porch off the living room with unobstructed view of the Gulf waters. Private pool for the owners of the Plantation Beach units with two large outside grills, ice machine, seating area and full free laundry facility. You can fish right off the beach and throw your catch right on the grill. Perfect place to decompress, walk on 2.5 miles of uncrowded beach. There’s free tennis/pickleball courts right across the street from our condo. Gorgeous sunsets, great restaurants (The Bubble Room, The Green Flash), a Yolo Watersports in the immediate area. Rent-a-bike and pedal from Captiva to Sannibel Island gather shells on the beach (literally hundreds of them in all shapes, sizes and varieties.
Guests can enjoy a TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a kitchen, a washing machine, and 2 bathrooms.
