Sunset Captiva is one of the most popular destinations on Captiva Island, set along more than six miles of pristine Gulf beaches. The community features one of the island’s largest heated pools, two tennis courts, a boat dock, and a recreation area with picnic tables and gas grills. A private boardwalk provides easy access to the beach, while a nature path leads to the historic Chapel By The Sea. From here, it is an easy stroll to Captiva Village with its excellent dining, shopping, and entertainment.

The Home
Sunset Captiva #13 combines comfort with coastal charm. Recently remodeled, it offers a brand-new kitchen, updated bathrooms, and new flooring throughout. The open layout flows onto a unique wrap-around porch, surrounded by lush tropical foliage for added privacy. A ground-level beach room with a private outdoor shower (hot and cold water) makes cleanup after a day by the Gulf simple and enjoyable.
