Maka Nui Estate / Como se ve en Waterfront Hunters

Aloha y Bienvenido a Maka Nui. El nombre significa Gran Veiw que verá tan pronto como entras a través de la puerta de entrada a nuestro paraíso. La casa se ubica en el acantilado con vistas Kealakeakua Bay, que es una reserva marina con maravillosa snorkel y kayak. Ya sea en la gran malla en el lado terraza o en la piscina que se sorprenderá por las maravillosas vistas al mar y la montaña!

La propiedad es de 5 acres con café y una abundancia de frutas de las cuales le invitamos a elegir y disfrutar.

La casa está equipada con la parte superior de la línea de electrodomésticos y de mobiliario con Indo sabor / asiático. Hemos hecho todo lo posible para hacer que su estancia sea memorable y agradable. Hay muchos lugares en toda la casa y la tierra para parar y relajarse / leer o incluso tomar una siesta. Desde el sofá de bambú negro para dormir en lanai hasta las sillas privadas y la mesa dispersa.

Al salir de la bañera de hidromasaje o de la ducha de doble cabezal después del día de ver el sitio, ¡pensarás que es un verdadero paraíso!Todas las plantas que se ven en las fotos son reales! No plástico o falso aquí !!!

Estamos a 90 minutos en coche del parque nacional del volcán. Hay museos de café, jardines / teatro / supermercados / oficina de correos / restaurantes muy cerca. Conducir a la cima del Mauna Kea para observar las estrellas es algo que debe hacer! Así que esperamos verte pronto.

Maka Nui is a beautiful house, overlooking the green landscape of Captain Cook and blue waters of the Pacific. It easily fit our extended family for a family get-away, and was a wonderful and relaxing base with which to explore Kona and the rest of the Big Island. The location in Captain Cook was convenient to groceries and some restaurants, while still being close enough to Kona for snorkeling cruises and surf lessons. Arrival and check-in was easy, and the host was responsive to all of our questions. The house is well apportioned with bedrooms and bathrooms. We could have spent the entire time on the lanai, looking over the landscape below. It was an absolute treat.

Such a special place on the Big Island! Maka Nui feels like a resort from the moment you drive through the gate. Beautiful lush, tropical gardens and expansive ocean views. You cannot beat the sunsets. The house is just gorgeous - immaculately clean with comfy beds and a well-stocked kitchen. Candi is a gracious host and quick to answer questions. Thank you for all the treats! We'll be back!

Sublime lanais, gentle cradling breezes, outtasight views, splendid house and property. Very well equipped and loved house, vast rooms, well stocked kitchen, comes with beach toys and supplies, comfortable beds. Many thanks to the incredible property manager Candi who was upbeat, helpful, a super communicator and host!

A wonderful place...the views are beautiful!So much room for our family 8. Good location..short drive to Kona..alot of attractions and things to see in area..the kitchen was fully stocked and had everything we needed. The pool was great! Candi was very accomodating and checked to see if we had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend!

Perfect Family Getaway

A spacious, beautiful home with a fantastic view from a screened veranda was our family’s Christmas getaway. We also enjoyed the holiday decorations, well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, swimming pool and the peaceful location. Our kids liked the nearby hiking and beaches.

Can’t say enough about this place!

This house was the perfect vacation home for our family of 9! It had everything we needed and more. The home is gorgeous, everything is updated beautifully and there is so much space. The caretaker Candi was very nice and helpful, making the check-in process smooth and easy. It was a vacation to remember for sure! We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing Vacation!

We are so blessed to have had the opportunity to stay at Maka Nui! Everything you need is here. Great beach gear, comfortable rooms, lovely space, amazing kitchen, we all wish we could have stayed longer and can't wait to go back. Candi is lovely and available for anything you need. Great Family Vacation House!

We spent a week in the house with 6 adults and 3 children and it was wonderful! Tons of space for everyone and the kids loved the pool and all of the space outside to run around. We would definitely book again!

Great property

Our second time staying here. Great location, it is quite rural but surprisingly central. There are groceries and restaurants just a few minutes away. It is close to snorkeling at Kahuluu Beach, a two Step, Kealakekua Bay and Hookena a beach. You do need vehicles to get to amenities and destinations. The property itself is gorgeous and caretaker Candi wonderful to deal with. The pool is a wonderful bonus. Perfect setup for an extended family getaway.

Wonderful house and trip!

The Maka Nui felt like home away from home. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. As others have mentioned, Candi is great, very friendly and laid back. I would highly recommend this house.

Vacation with friends and family

Beautiful location with wonderful ocean views. The home was perfect for our group with plenty of room. Kitchen was well equipped for preparing our dinners each night. Shopping nearby made it simple and affordable. Candace was a great host.

Beautiful property and home

We were thrilled with our stay. The sunsets were amazing and so was the house. There. were 10 of us and there was plenty of room. The kitchen was stocked with everything imaginable. We loved our stay.

1st time to Big Island

The moment we arrived we fell in love with the home! It was perfect has its for our group of 10 including grandchildren. Grandchildren had room to play, adults could escape to more private areas. Each bdr Has its own bath. The home was clean! Equipped with bigger boards and plenty of sand chairs. We all agreed this was our best family vacation yet. Candi greeted us when we arrived. We will be back!

The house was perfect for our group. There’s plenty of room for a large group and we loved staying in south Kona which is quieter than Kailua. The owner was very friendly and available. I loved the area and the house has a large screened lanai around the house which was perfect to see the daily rainbows. It was perfect

A great stay at an amazing house

We so enjoyed our time at the Maka Nui estate. Beautiful views from nice big house with lots of space for the family to really spread out. The screened-in deck on the top floor allowed us to enjoy the outdoors bug-free. Highly recommended.

Wonderful, private home with amazing views and a ton of space!

We had 8 people stay, extremely comfortably. There was a TON of space, inside and out. Very nice home, with a nice breeze all day and night. So comfortable. We will stay here next time we come back!
