Council bins already full before we arrived.The house was filthy as if it had not been cleaned in-between stays, dead bugs/flies around the home, stained bedding (did not appear washed/changed in between stays). The couch in the lounge had numerous stains on it. Minimal supplies in the home, no sugar, no coffee pods for the 2 coffee machines, 1 bathroom had no hand soap or body wash, 3 rolls of toilet paper (for 8 people booking), no basic kitchen items such as paper towel or cleaning supplies. The house was presented poorly upon our arrival, furniture damaged/misplaced, pool table and foosball table both damaged. There was already a broken chair outside which the owners are now claiming was fault of ours. Fridge door was broken as well as freezer leaking water the whole time. Garden was overgrown and needed maintenance. We had 3 young children with our group and would not recommend this home for families given the cleanliness and damages. Overall the price we paid for 4 nights was far too high for what we received.
