Great Stay

The property is clean, modern, beds very comfortable. The host is quick to respond. The location is perfect to get to all the attractions and just a quick walk across to the beach. Stayed late May 2025. Highly recommend.

A quiet midweek break in Woolamai

This is a very nicely set up holiday house with a tasteful beach theme through the interior and a mature jungle style garden ensuring privacy. The property was as described. We appreciated the provision of linen, bedsheets, bath towels and beach towels. The kitchen was well fitted out and the eating and sitting areas very attractive. Little wrens flitted between the lower branches and we saw many wallabies and rabbits in the teatree scrub, one wombat and two Fairy Penguins, who had strayed from their reserve, crossed the Woolamai Beach Road. Eating places were close by at San Remo and the Wooli Tavern, only 2 klms away.

Great Location, Lovely place to stay at with walking distance to beach and Dunes. Host very welcoming and quick to respond wanting guests to experience a great stay.

Not what the photos showed

It need a very good clean and all so needes to have a revamp. Garden was very untidy. Maybe you should show photos how it looks like now . Disappointed 😞

Great family-friendly house with everything you need and close to the beach

we had a great time here with our three kids and dog. The house was really well set up and good for all ages and for our dog too. One of the highlights was exploring the local sand dunes and the beach, which is all soooo close to the property. the main bed was very comfortable and the whole parent's retreat area was a bonus.

Cape Woolamai Stay

We spent 2 nights at the house and it was a great property. The location was fantastic, 100m to the beach, would be a great place to stay in the warmer months. The house had everything that was needed and we would definitely come back again. The kids loved it.

Terrific and beautiful beach house minutes from the beach. Very well catered with so many amenities. Comfy beds and plenty of space. Private balcony and a quiet street. The photos say it all - you won't be disappointed. Thank you!

Labour Day Long Weekend

Great place to stay on Phillip Island. Walking to the Woolamai beach for a family swim was great. Quick drive to the Woolami Surf Beach and the Pinnacles walk on the trail was fantastic. House is really great, almost feels like a tropical Balinese getaway 2hrs from Melbourne! Would recommend.

Amazing property located 5 mins walking distance from the beach! Well set up interiors with great outdoor and balcony space for true relaxation with family and friends! Communication with owner/property manager was easy and prompt responses. Will definitely recommend to others looking for a truely relaxing experience within close reach of beach access!

Perfect location

A great summer holiday stay! We stayed during a summer heat wave, and stayed cool with the combination of aircon, ceiling fans and the sea breeze blowing through the large sliding doors. The beds were comfortable and the house was equipped with everything we needed, including a beach sun shelter and beach chairs. The proximity to the beach was perfect, especially for taking our dogs for early morning and evening walks. The only thing I’d mention is that the back yard is not enclosed for dogs, but this was easily solved by bringing 8 pet enclosure panels to block off the two sides of the yard. A great stay where we’d definitely love to stay again.

Beautiful house and so close to the beach! Lovely stay but the yard is not contained for pets. Due to no front or side gates, neighbours dogs wandered around the property and into the back yard. No security for our non dog friendly dog.
