Stunning Property with Incredible Amenities
The pluses outweighed the minuses during this stay, but communication was the hardest aspect of this stay.
If you're going to use a management system to advertise on a platform like VRBO, the information needs to be repetitive and CLEAR via the VRBO platform about where to find any further check in and rental information. It made initial communication very difficult and hard to find.
It's clear that Marlicia takes great pride in her property, as she should. While she initially made a highly passive-aggressive decision to turn off the advertised available ACs and accused us of draining her inverter battery on the property she made the right choice to make them available again when confronted and then apologized after speaking to her electrician and realized she was in correct in her assumption of how the battery was drained. This redeemed an otherwise poor management choice.
Otherwise, the property is absolutely stunning - spacious, many beautiful green spaces to utilize with en-suite bathrooms on each bedroom. The kitchen, dining, living & outdoor living spaces are beautiful to behold and it was great accommodation for 6 adults and 4 kids under the age of six.
