Nos encanto

Great for large groups

The house was great for our softball team to stay in for a tournament. The pool, pool table, and games provided entertainment for the kids. The only reason it wasn’t five stars was because we ended up being without AC for the majority of our stay, and there was no offer of compensation from the host. After playing multiple softball games in the heat, it was miserable to come back to a house with no air conditioning.

Beautiful house

Beautiful house. Great in house and outside eating options. Great kitchen space. One "room" is a loft style room that is connected to the bathroom, and a bedroom connected to it as well. Easy access to beaches. Clean, and perfect space for families.

Perfect spot

A group of us guys go to Fort Myers every year to play in a baseball tournament. We are always looking for a great house that has a hot tub so we can recoup after a long day of baseball. This place was perfect and we will definitely be wanting to stay there again in the future.

Missed the mark

The Jungle Themed Villa had fast WiFi, large rooms, ample space, a nice patio, a few chairs, a nice pool / hot tub and the hosts were pleasant. Pool table and kids books were nice touches. Even a nice Christmas card and bottle of wine as a welcome.Fell short. The home felt more like a college rental than a “luxury” experience. There were no door mats, the carpet was stained, curtains were not cut to fit. The furniture is thrift store quality, at best “everything you need to cook during your stay!” – missing can-opener, measuring cups, cooking spoons, firm spatula, baking pan, pizza cutter, crock-pot, blender, etc.“luxury bed like all of our others in the bedrooms.” - mattress sinking, loose bed frame, lack of night stands“heated pool and jacuzzi,” more accurate would be heated pool OR jacuzziThe grill was dilapidated – missing wheel, flavor bars destroyed by corrosion, copious build-up of greaseSeveral light bulbs out, rooms were generally darkClothes dryer we inefficient; host left us to deal with towels in the dryer and wet towels in the washer. All towels had a musty smellWater filter in refrigerator indicated over-due and water tasted as such4 adult cue sticks, one with a tip, no cue chalkPrivacy film missing or gapped on bathroom windowsThere were several doors, but only one set of keys. Combination locks would go a long way to improving the logistics of exterior doors between bedroomsNearby homes lack any curb appeal, no points of interest within 20min

Home is good for big groups

Stayed over the weekend for a baseball showcase with some friends who were at the same event. Plenty of sleeping spaces but if we had someone sleeping in the loft area it might have been awkward to go through it for the bathroom. The property manager responded to my questions in an appropriate time frame and made sure the heater was on the jacuzzi for us when we requested.

Baseball tournament

Brought my some and some of his teammates/families to this property and it was a great place to stay. House was well prepared and clean. Kitchen was fairly well stocked but bring a few extra pots and pans If you plan on cooking for a big group. Courtyard pool is a nice feature of this property. Would stay here again.

Clean property!

The property is clean and has good gathering spaces. The hot tub was very good. One issue is the lack of bathrooms if you have a large group and one of the bedrooms is more of a loft space than a separate room and other people need to walk through it to use the washroom.

Amazing time!

We visited for my husbands birthday and had a total of 12 people! We were all very comfortable and had our own space. Nataliya was very responsive and available! The property does have a baby guard that can be placed around the pool which is amazing! The only items missing during our stay was a can opener (which we just purchased one to donate!) and a pizza cutter. Other than that literally everything was perfect! The property is perfectly located!

Notre Dame get together

We were looking for a house large enough for separate bedrooms for a group of guys that graduated from Notre Dame over 40 years ago. The house is spacious with all of the accompaniments needed. Nothing fancy but the house is the nicest in the neighborhood, in good shape, clean and spacious for a larger group. Everything was in working order and the property manager was very accessible and responsive. We were worried about storm damage but other than a lot of homes having roof work done, there were little lingering effects. Nice pool and a separate casita with a bed and bathroom. We had a great time and this was a good base camp for our activities.

Great experience

We had a great experience, the property manager was very responsive. Had some minor issues with the pool and they had a technician Right away. I enjoyed the stay.
