The unit was very clean, and the kitchen was fully equipped. The only issue we had was one day there was a storm that caused the refrigerator to stop working. We called the owner and within 30 minutes he was at our unit. It turned out that the storm caused the surge protector to go out. He installed a new one and the refrigerator worked fine.

Florida Getaway

Inside of the property is accurate to the pictures. Clean and nicely decorated. Travelers need to know that this is a duplex, not a single-family home that you are renting. It is also located in a pretty low income neighborhood and everyone knows that it is a vacation rental. You will get some stares and side eyes as you come and go. I would not stay in this area again.

it is a side by side duplex in a very rough neighbourhood. We wanted to walk outside since we came from canada and snow but didn't feel safe. the floor in the main room was all buckling, If we were told ahead it wasn't 5 star as they say then we could decide if we were willing to stay there, We will never book another place through Vrbo because we couldn't trust the rating or the pictures. We were definitely dupped
