Great Location

Great location and area....walking distance to the Tiki Bar, which is amazing. Good size pool, which the teenagers made daily use of. Would definately stay again.

Good

No amenities. Had to purchase dish soap, laundry soap, toilet paper, etc. Surprised with note on grill stating $50. fee for “professional cleaning” if we chose to use it. Property was nicely decorated and clean. Never had to remove quilts at other rentals.

Nice house, but definitely BYO everything

The house is nice, well decorated, and in a great little community. Communication with landlord is difficult as there is a bit of a language barrier. It would have been nice to know that many regular amenities of a rental home are not provided such as enough: toilet paper, trash bags, laundry detergent, paper towels, dish washing detergent, and laundry detergent. This stuff gets expensive when you have to buy it for just 7 days. I’ve also never stayed in a house before where we were charged for electricity. $199 for 7 days to be exact, and the ac never even ran. We were instructed not to use the comforters on the beds as they were strictly for decoration??? Who says that? We were charged $450 in advance for pet fees and then told that animals were to be on the floor or kenneled at all times. All in all, nice house but not worth the extra $$ spent on fees, utilities and basic necessities that weren’t provided.

Beautiful and Relaxing

Great value for an incredible property. We needed a relaxing stay and we certainly got that. The house is beautiful and, except for some screens on the pool enclosure, escaped damage from Ian. Neighbors were friendly and pleasant. Neighborhood was in a great area for walking and it was very close to the center of shopping and dining. We highly recommend it.

Great location!

Stayed with 4 adults and 2 kids. The house was as advertised and look just like the pictures from the site. The kitchen was super well equipped and we were never missing anything for our meal preparations. We were able to easily walk to the Yacht Club beach and enjoyed the beach, the fishing pier and the restaurant. The pool was great and well used by both kids many times each day. We also used the boat dock in the back and the closeness to the water was perfect. The property manager was great and always super response. Overall everyone in our group had a wonderful time.

Beautiful choice!

We chose this property because of it's proximity to the gulf and because it had a pool and boat lift. It didn't disappoint! We stayed for three weeks and had a fantastic time. The home is light and airy with a few minor maintenance glitches that can be easily resolved. I am ready to book it again for next summer!

Perfect Week in Cape Coral

Excellent location and a well maintained property. We enjoyed walking, biking and dining around the area. We also rented a boat and after a long day boating around Sanibel and the Pine Islands, enjoyed relaxing in the crystal clear pool water. The owner was easy to communicate with and responsive with any questions. Thank you for a great stay.

Great Vacation

House is wonderfully decorated and very comfortable. A lot of glass decorations if you are going there with children. Brigitte was a wonderful host who always answered any questions right away and went out of her way to ensure everything was OK. Would stay again.

Great Family Vacation

This house was perfect for our family vacation. Everything you need is provided at the house. The house is very spacious and clean and decorated beautifully. The pool area was great for my grandchildren to swim when we weren't at the beach. Which Cape Coral Beach is walking distance from the house as well as The Boat House Tiki Bar and Grill. Bridgette was amazing and so easy to work with. Check in and check out was effortless. We would highly recommend staying here.

location location location

a little run down around the edges. trouble with tv's, cracked and chipped dishes. many things showing signs of age. great neighborhood. walk to "yacht club" beach, boat ramp, tennis, swimming. (all to be closed for two years starting soon) and a great tiki bar (staying open). not too bad but not really great either.

Nice Cape Vacay

We really enjoyed our time at Villa Boaters Dream. The house is located in a nice neighborhood within walking distance to boat house tiki bar and grill. It was equipped with everything we needed and more. Bridgette the property manager was very attentive and responded to all our needs during our month stay.

Fantastic & Peaceful Stay!

The place was very clean, and well cared for, the kitchen was loaded with everything you would ever need for cooking, Communications with Brigitte was excellent, and timely, we have stayed at many places over the years, and I have to rank this one as one of the best! We enjoyed using the nice heated pool, Bicycles, and while sitting on the boat dock as we saw many fish and stingrays swimming by as we enjoyed our coffee each morning. We loved the stay so much we may try to come down to Cape Coral Florida more often...and definitely stay here again. Thanks for making it the perfect place to stay.

Felt like Home

It was a beautiful home that was very comfortable for the 4 of us. We enjoyed the pool and fishing from the dock. We even saw dolphins swim by one afternoon. Highly recommend.

Absolutely Beautiful Home

Our stay was perfect. The house is immaculate and well appointed. Everything you’d need was available. We spend most of the week outside in the lanai. We brought out two Boston Terriers and they thoroughly enjoyed themselves too. We’d definitely stay there again.
