I had a great stay at this location except for my pool situation. The pool was a bit dirty and my wife refuse to get in the pool but I did a few times with her telling me to "get out of that water". I called Wendy the host and she send a friend to shock it. That did not help. I was there four days before the pool guy showed up and he tells me "it was very dirty" and will not clear up for a couple of days. There go the swimming part of my vacation. Wendy did refund me a small amount of money to make up for the dirty pool but what can you do. The house is as advertised very cozy and clean and anything you have a problem with Wendy will do her best to fix it. I gave four stars because I tried to do my best not to let the pool situation destroy my vacation. I would stay again and make sure I arrive in the day time so I can inspect the pool. This my 5th stay VRBO. One pic very dirty. 2nd pic the best the pool guy could do.

I had such a lovely stay here. Wendy was extremely helpful and communicative. The house was very clean and the bed was really soft and comfortable. The pool area was serene, private, and peaceful. The location was close enough to everything (shopping, beaches, etc.) while not being in the hustle and bustle of normal tourist hotspots. I travel extensively for work and did not want my vacation time spent in another standard hotel or resort. I'm so glad I found this place. For anyone looking for a relaxing, easy-going, and comfortable vacation spot, this is the perfect place. I absolutely plan to stay here again!!!!!

Celebrated my 50th birthday in Cape Coral. The home was just as described if not better in person! Property is very well maintained. Host communicated often. Checking in was a breeze. Would definitely stay again and refer friends & family!!!!!

This is a really comfortable and quiet property. It is situated in a nice residential area, with a lovely pool and backyard living area. The house has good quality beds and linens, comfortable furniture and all the things you would expect in a well thought out VRBO rental. Cape Coral is a very relaxed and well-maintained city; the roads and bike lanes are excellent. Shopping and food services are first rate. Special shout out to Bryan owner of Cape Coral eBike Rentals and Lobster Lady Seafood Market. Also thanks to Wendy and her family for sharing their special place, it is appreciated.

We had an amazing stay at this villa! The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. The pool area was a highlight—private, clean, and perfect for unwinding. The location was great, close to everything but still quiet and peaceful.The host was fantastic—very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. You can tell a lot of care goes into making this a great experience for guests.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Cape Coral!

Beautiful Cape Coral getaway

This home has everything a person/family needs. Nice to have beach chairs and coolers for we flew to Florida. The backyard and pool made for very relaxing evenings. For us short people almost needed a step stool to get in the main bedroom bed. Haha! Highly recommend this property.

Relaxing Oasis

Wendy is extremely responsive. Home is super clean & has all that you need and then some! Even had enough toiletries and paper goods for the entire week's stay! Outdoor shower was a plus when returning from the beach to ensure that we didn't track sand in the home. Super private with lush greenery providing a tropical oasis in pool area. Had pool toys, cooler, beach chairs & towels. Conveniently located. I would highly recommend this property, and we look forward to hopefully returning!

Great Home and Pool

Two weeks in this lovely comfortable home was wonderful but not long enough. The pool was exceptional with plenty of deck chairs and lots of great floating loungers. Amenities in the house made our stay extraordinary but the pool was best by far over other places we have stayed. The owner was attentive but not intrusive. One of our best experiences in many years of travels. Highly recommend!
