Cape Utopia - we found utopia in Cape Charles! A fantastic, beach town and historic home with everything you need. Enjoy the park, playground, and running track nearby, sample all the shops, restaurants, & bars 2 streets over on main street, and walk, bike, or drive your golf cart rental to the beach. Then come back to your quiet utopia on a residential street and enjoy the darling front porch, as well as the well-equipped home. We have provided everything! Linens, baby/toddler/kid items, beach chairs, beach towels, and blankets, smart TVs throughout the home, in addition to a kitchen with all your needs. Don't stress over packing, just grab a swimsuit and come enjoy our sweet little beach town! Check out our sister property Cape Serendipty (the other side of the duplex) if you need more space.

Cape Utopia was amazing. Everything as pictured. Easy walk to pretty much anywhere in the city. Right down the road from a beautiful park. Elizabeth has thought of so many little details for her wonderfully decorated, old-world charm home. The porch was fabulous for reading and just relaxing.

It was the first time to St. Charles and we had a great time. The property was fantastic. Very clean and charming. It was perfect for a weekend. This older home has been lovingly restored and is nicely decorated with period pieces. We felt safe having our family here, including a one year old. Great vacation home in Cape Charles

We really loved staying at this home. It was stocked with literally everything you could possibly need. The beds are super comfortable, it was easy to keep the cottage cool, the location is great, and they were pet friendly which was great for our first vacation with our pup. The home is a great mix of vintage and antique charm but modern amenities - the bathrooms are great!

We loved staying! We have been to Cape Charles before but this was the best week so far! The house was perfect for our family. We had friends vacationing in town as well and loved the front porch and plenty of space to have them over for dinner. The house was clean, well appointed with ANYTHING you need. Early October on the Eastern Shore of Virginia

What a great trip! Our first trip to the Eastern Shore and it won't be out last. What a terrific VRBO. It had everything we needed and more. Loved the historic home. Our host, Elizabeth, was attentive and welcoming. We will be back to Cape Charles and we will return to this home. The location was centrally located and we enjoyed our walks to the beach and to the main street area. Can't recommend more highly!
