Excellent stay

We had an excellent time during our Christmas vacay! The location was ideal (my girls LOVED the peacocks!) and the ‘secret’ beach entrance was magical! The house is equipped with everything you could need (late nights putting together one of the puzzles were so fun) and the beds were very comfortable! Will definitely look to stay here in our next trip to the Cape!

We enjoyed our stay immensely. It was a relaxing, quiet neighborhood. Nice area. Cape Canaveral is a hidden secret in FL. Even Cocoa Beach near the US Space Force base and even KSC/NASA weren’t too crowded with tourists, and we went on July 4th Weekend. The outside shower was convenient after being at the beach. There was also a Mexican restaurant in walking distance. Peacocks literally roamed the neighborhood. We didn’t do much downtown, but it looked nice and clean, and this VRBO was close to it. The house itself was just the right size for us. We never felt crammed. It had a nice kitchen and amenities (we used the crock pot). Perfect if you have a kid with advanced needs, where in our case, we had to prepare a lot of the food ourselves. And the internet was good and fast, with a fire stick hooked up to the TV. Lastly, the host was good. She checked in to ensure we got in easily, forwarded check in/out instructions (so that I never had to use the binder in the house), and even answered one of my questions via text about the Internet. Great stay! Would recommend it to other families with kids under 6 years old.

Our Peacock Beach stay was wonderful. Communication with the property owners was great, they were available very quickly if we needed something. Owners were very gracious with things around the house - extra phone chargers, bikes and bike lock etc. We enjoyed walking and biking to nearby shops and restaurants, condo was in a very nice neighborhood, close to lots of options in Cape Canaveral. House was clean, quiet, everything in working order and very comfortable. Would stay again and have recommended to any family members looking to stay in the area as well. Very nice property.

Relaxing Getaway

The place was very clean and comfortable. When we first arrived I thought the neighbors had cats meowing but soon realized they were peacocks that were quite entertaining. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Great Stay

We had a really good time. Lots of beach toys to play with and communication with the owners was great. There was never a question that didn’t go unanswered and she proactively contacted us when she thought we might have problems. The peacocks were very loud at times but it only bothered us a couple times but there is nothing anyone can do about it! The neighbors live there full time and we’re actually very nice to us. Overall we had a good time.

Home away from home

This is beautiful remodeled townhouse with a bright and cheerful ambiance. The decorating is charming. It is close to anything you want to see or do. Ships leaving out of the port, the many beaches, plenty of places to shop and eat. Jaime is a wonderful host. She is just a text or phone call away. She let us know about upcoming launches. If we had an issue she would get back to us in a timely manner. I highly recommend this place as your next home away from home.
