This is a beautifully maintained timeshare type property. We stayed in a studio room and it was plenty of room for 3 of us. Could have had 4 as it was a king bed and a fold out couch bed. The location is phenomenal especially if you like to watch cruise ships leave out. Right on the beach and across from the port and the launch pads for the space center. We got to see a rocket launch from the sports deck on top of the parking garage. The pool was a tad too warm but the lazy river was just right. The arcade was a blast to play in. Would really love to eventually buy into this timeshare so we could come more often! Bucket list! The only two bad points was how bad the laundry room smelled (someone eventually propped the door open with a chair to air it out) and the elevator right outside our room was down the last two days we were there. With my sciatica, that elevator was really nice when it was running!

The club overall was outstanding. It is a beautiful property with incredible amenities. The pool complex, waterslide, the café, the arcade all of it was top-notch. All the staff we interacted with were pleasant and helpful. Parking was convenient and free, which was a big plus. My main dislikes, which may seem minor, was the very poor spotty wifi performance, a bathroom sink that wouldn’t drain properly, and an incredibly uncomfortable fold out sofa bed that if you tried to design a medieval torture device, you couldn’t match that thing. I owe my children, a sincere apology for making them sleep on that. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay again if booking a suite.

They booked us in a two bedroom and when we got there to check in after using some of the amenities while waiting, they told us our room had mechanical issues and there were absolutely no other rooms available at the hotel. Without asking us, they booked us across the street at their sister hotel in a one bedroom room. The distance in price between the two rooms was over $600 and they claimed it was not their problem, but hotels.com. We booked this room almost a year in advance and there’s no reason they couldn’t have figured something out.

This was a nice hotel the pool is awesome and stays open untill 10 pm also terminal 3 for our cruise was literally across the street! I didnt even break a sweat!! Night staff was excellent (skyler) all around worth my money and I would consider a stay here just for fun 😁 for recommendations hotel needs to order matches for the store

Our one bedroom villa was very clean and all the staff members were very pleasant and helpful. We all had a great time in the pool area. The lazy river was great! The only thing that was a little inconvenient was the walk to the beach, it's a good 10 minute walk and if you want to watch the sunrise like we did- the boardwalk is locked at that time of morning.

If I could vote zero stars I would. We stayed here for our honeymoon and it was one nightmare after another. No one was overly willing to fix anything. I had to get stern with the staff to get stuff fixed. Also, they did not do anything to go out of their way to make our stay better, even though it was our honeymoon. Additionally, BEWARE! This property is one of those timeshare places and they rope you into the presentation and make you pay $50 for it! Ridiculous. Never again will I stay at ANY Holiday Inn. The only nice thing about this place was the pool. Pathetic!

We enjoyed our stay and the beach access was perfect. We rented chairs and umbrellas for a resonable price just make sure you have cash for the vendor. Our only hang up was the onsite resturant. While the employess were working hard every meal was a 2 hour event when an hour should have been plenty.

Overall property was ok. Not the best overall….not the worst. If you’re planning on going to the pool bar or hotel bar be aware they close early 8 pm. Also 18% gratuity is included on everything. Lines were long to get a beverage and service was hit or miss
