Only thing i didn't like, was we flew in at a decent time on Christmas day. I had checked and there was a restaurant at the hotel and it was open. Except when we tried to go there and eat it was reservation only, and not excepting any reservations. Need to communicate better, specifically since i had called and asked.

I booked a room with hotel.com came in they said they where sold out of rooms requested my money back with hotel.com which they refused to do then I got an email later that night saying thanks for checking in which I didn’t do. I tried communicating with the staff but they were rude I have forwarded over the info and emails to my bank to handle the matter.

Hotel is very nice! Emma was very helpful and sweet at check in. The hotel was extremely busy but she still took the time to make sure we had everything we needed and let us hang out around the pool until our room was ready and checked us in early. Thank you Emma! All the other staff is very friendly as well!
