Both floors have a full bathroom. The kitchen was just renovated with quartz counter tops, stainless steel appliances, while the upstairs boasts luxury vinyl plank flooring. The entire home was freshly painted to ensure a clean/comfortable stay! This is a fully equipped home and has everything you need for a relaxing stay! Amenities include: Full size washer/dryer, a well appointed kitchen, Weber gas grill, 3 beach cruisers, boogie boards, beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella, and a beach cart. You will also find a peaceful setting in the back yard with plenty of room to relax and unwind after a day exploring the space-coast and beaches!
